Super nice staff! They greet you well and explain everything to you. They also have vegan options which is a bonus.

Great place for any season. I (my tummy) is so happy to know they have a coconut milk based flavours for the health conscious and dairy sensitive. THANK YOU!

Because of Covid-19 you are not allowed to serve your own ice cream or your own toppings, which its understandable, but you dont have to be upset when we dont know what toppings we want. We are all in this together and they can be alot more friendly towards customers !!!

Staff is really sweet and gets stuff done. Food is great though I usually get their drinks. I miss the sushi burrito place that used to be in place of the donut shop

Came here for bubble tea and ended up throwing it in the garbage after the first sip. Mushy tapioca and bad overall, watery flavour (bought a passionfruit and a milk tea) Would recommend going to a real bubble tea place, not a yogurt store trying to be a catch all.

I really hate posting bad reviews, but this is uniquely worthy of a 1 star rating. I've been here many times before and it was fine, standard frozen yogurt, neither good nor bad. Yesterday I was with my kids in and tried a new flavour - passion fruit. Immediately upon trying one spoonful, I could tell that it was bad. I mean bad not in terms of flavour, but that the milk had turned, it had a vile and sour flavour that certainly indicated that the product has gone bad. I understand this can happen sometimes, that's fine. But what is unacceptable is the way that the staff treated this incident. I told the lady at the front that the product had gone bad and that for the safety of the rest of her customers, it should be removed. The right thing to do would have been to sample it and remove the product. However, without ever sampling it, she proceeded to argue with me and insist that it's not bad without ever trying it. She said "it can't be bad, we just made it this morning". I said "look I don't want to argue with you, I'm doing you a favour here". She then handed me a phone with the owner in be other end who again proceeded to tell me that it's impossible that it's not fresh. They did replace my order, rudely and reluctantly but still never sampled the spoiled flavour and simply left it there. When I told the lady that she should taste it for the safety of her other customers, she rudely said "yeah I know what it's supposed to taste like". Truly disgusting service combined with incredibly disgusting frozen yogurt make this place worthy of 1 star. Keep it up, you'll be closed before long.

Cool place to build your own frozen yogurt with a variety of flavours and toppiito choose from. I got the medium cup but really only needed to get the small one but I was delicious nevertheless 😋 it wasn't busy when I was there so it was easy to look at all the options, which was good because it's hard to choose!

The frozen yogurt is good, don't get me wrong, but the prices for the frozen yogurt are INSANELY EXPENSIVE & really not worth it. Another problem I have with this store is that on weekdays it's full of idiot teenagers due to a high-school being across the street, so if you want a peaceful, quiet experience, look elsewhere
