Best burger and poutine that I have never had, juicy, taste and a lot of toppings choices, cleaned and organized place. Great friendly customer service. Highly recommended and I will go back having a burger for sure.

The experience at this place was pretty good. It seems a little cramped but there's quite a lot of seating. The burger I ordered was prepared pretty quickly and I must really, really thank you guy serving the fries- he was giving out huge portions so mad props to him for making my day with lots of fries.
The burger itself was pretty tasty. The patty was juicy and delicious. They mentioned that my burger would be spicy but it wasn't spicy at all (that's okay, though). Overall, the experience was great and I'd love to visit again if I were in the neighborhood.

Considering it's a mall location it's not bad.. it is your frozen 6 oz beef burger. Wanted to try the nacho burger with aged cheddar Pico de Gallo sour cream guacamole. I also had a poutine which was also ok. The burgers are cooked on a flat top. Nice restaurant clean staff was good. Liked the fact there was a restroom in restaurant. Over all ok burger

Great burgers, good fries and good food quality. Very patient staff extremely customizable menu. Staff is well accommodating with all your dietary needs and choices. Tast was amazing and since it's near to the exit and entrance, a good stop before or after shopping.

Tried redeeming a coupon that was given from my hospital as a part of a healthcare worker appreciation event and they rejected it, “citing they never saw this coupon before and they couldn’t take it”. Seems like an awfully two-faced way to thank your healthcare workers…

Wow the burger was awful. Very stiff buns and hard to chew burger. All around not edible. Meat served cold and not fresh. Fries are decent and the workers are nice and hard working. Quality of food needs a big improvement.

Underwhelmed honestly. Staff location everything is good. But the Angus burger is charred and overcooked. But is still better tasting than the chicken. For a better gourmet fast food pub style burger go to the works. Yet they aren't here but this franchise makes no sense to me tbh. I don't recommend anyone waste money on a fake gourmet burger that tastes like a cheap fast food burger. A&w is better than this place. Only thing they have going for them is topping but so what when the meat itself is boring
