Came here for Saturday all you can eat lunch. The food was great! We love this location. We usually get takeout. Everything was fresh and warm.

I do not know where to start but this restaurant did extra special for us tonight. I have discovered Maple sushi through UberEats during the beginning of the pandemic when everything was closed for dine-in and they have never disappointed us ever since. Food is immaculate. So, tonight on New Year’s eve, I’ve decided to order a big one through UberEats but because it’s the NYE, it was expected for them to be super busy, so they stopped taking orders for a moment but Uber let me schedule for a later time which was fine. They finally confirmed the order. And in more than an hour, a delivery person was on the way to pick it up but minutes later, it got cancelled and said courier cancelled the order for unknown reason. I called the restaurant and they said food was ready for pick up, so we were both clueless to what happened but they didn’t waste any time and offered to deliver the items themselves which is an extra mile they took for me. That’s what you call a “Great Customer Service”. Thank you for making our NYE a worthwhile. And of course, food is very very good! Highly recommending this restaurant. One of the best.

We have been ordering takeout from Maple Sushi at least once every 2-3 weeks since we moved to Maple. I love that you can customize the maki party tray with whichever rolls you like instead of it being preset like most places! I believe the price is very fair too. The rolls have always been great except for when we ordered last weekend on Saturday for the first time…I’m not sure if it’s because Saturdays generally tend to be busier, or if it was a coincidence, but the rolls were significantly smaller. Overall still great!

I ordered sashimi and it’s so good, fresh and tasty. Love the honey wasabi. Salmon slices are thick enough 😍.

We ordered delivery and what disappointment from the start. So overpriced for what we got. Does not compare to what we received in the past. Rice was less than usual and it was flavor less, fried calamari was less than usual, the party tray got smaller which the pieces got smaller what killed me that some pieces were 1/2" and others were 3/4" and what killed us the most there was no rice and pieces were breaking up in our hands which means you couldn't enjoy eating them with chopsticks and so much more issues but it will be to long to mention. I am so done with this place and I will never visit nor order from them again. I will be supporting other establishments that have better quality products and services and that don't gauge.

Unfortunately we were sat at a table with damaged upholstery (holes and peeling). But... Overall the place is nice and clean, service and food food options are good, and the quality of food is great 👍 No photos for this visit unfortunately... but I plan on visiting again soon. 📸

For AYCE - It was -15 outside so granted it was cold but the restaurant could not stay warm. Presentation on the Sashimi was lacking. No white fish on the menu. California roll selection was limited. No ginger provided unless asked for. Servers do not check in to see if you need anything. Tablet ordering is good, a little complicated how to send the order as it says "Call Attendant" but then a sub menu opens up where you send the order. Uber and take out very busy so the food must be good, large orders heading out the door. This place is good for a youthful crowd and families, which is what we saw on a Saturday night. As mentioned before the decor could be updated but that will take time after being forced to close for so long. 3 out of 5

This is by far our favorite place to eat at, order delivery and takeout from.. They always deliver on time, always get our orders right.. They have the best rolls and appetizers with great prices for all including A La Cart! A must try if you are ever in vaughan or live in the area

2 / 5 stars. A few of the dishes were ok but many weren't all that great. Some of the sushi was a bit soggy, the cheese covered oyster was awful so especially stay away from that one. The eel sushi was cold. The food was 3 / 5 but what took this place down to a 2 / 5 was for atmosphere which wasn't very upscale and kind of had a 'discount' feel. The worse part of this place was the service. No server had anything close to a pleasantness about them. No thank you's or pleases. No smiles, no gratefulness for choosing them as a place for dinner, simply unpleasant and border line rude. It's like they felt they were feeding cattle. VERY poor service and employees! I, in no way, would recommend going there to a friend. They seem to treat napkins like they were sheets of gold. Very stingy. While it's not absolutely terrible, there simply is no reason to choose this place over others in the area.

My boyfriend and I just visited this restaurant. We both love going for sushi, and we heard good things about this restaurant... however our experience was absolutely terrible. We ordered and maybe about 30 min to 45 min later received some food.. the food wasn't that great either. Waited some more for our other part of the order and never recieved it. We were therefor almost 2 hours and barely received anything.. My boyfriend asked for a coke 3 times and finally had to say to a waiter that We already asked a couple times and still no coke. We waited for a bit longer and still nothing. So we got up to pay and told them what happened, bar3lyhad any food. They still wanted to charge us the full amount. In the end all they took off was 5 dollars. So we just paid 50 bucks for barely any food and horrible service. I don't usuall write reviews or like to complain, however I thought this was necssary and hopefully this place will change some things. However we will not be coming back.

The server never came by to check if anything is needed. Placed us by the door and the was open and cold. The inside is dirty. Seems that noone cares since its all you can eat option.

This was the absolute worst sushi restaurant I have been to by far. First, the service is horrible. It took 25 minutes for them to bring a glass of water to my table (that I ordered through the iPad - the only good thing about this restaurant) and it was a slow weekday afternoon. The sushi came out slowly and there were large breaks between each dish they brought. Nothing came in groups. The sushi is not fresh and the tempura was cold. To top it all off, they brought me sushi that was obviously rotten, and when I didn't eat it they charged me for "wasted food." Really, the only thing that was wasted here was my money and my time. Will NEVER go back.

The worst sushi u can find do not walk in. I know i should not go inside.. because.. i see there is no one inside.. sitting down.. eating.. i only see waiter walking around doing nothing.. it is a big mistake to walk in.. the sushi is the worst i ever had.. and the tempura is ice cold.. omg.. never go here again..

Incredible!. We (party of two) went for a Saturday dinner service at Maple Sushi. It was amazing - the food was some of the best AYCE I have tried. Never went to this place with the other, older management, but the new management had this right.<br/><br/>The service was also wonderful. My tea was never empty, service was always prompt. We received all items we ordered.<br/><br/>Highly recommended!

Great Sushi. It was previously Sakura Sushi, now with new management its Maple Sushi. Ipad menus are handy and easy to use. The quality has GREATLY improved since being Sakura. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Always helpful when we dine there with our kids.

This all you can eat sushi is very average. The servers grasp of English is very poor. We had rolls and dishes that we didn't order. I thought for the price we should have got more ,but, this was lunch and they do not serve a full menu till diner. Watch out , soft drinks are not included.

I must have been living under a rock because this is the first restaurant I've been to where you order everything from a tablet. It recently switched to new owners and you definitely notice the upgrade in atmosphere and quality. All of the food we ordered was on point.
