Review Kabob Express - Vaughan

Came here for the first time! Restaurant was clean and staff is friendly. Ordered chapalee kabob combo which includes two chapalee kabobs, rice, salad and a soda. The food was decently flavored. It is not spicy and the flavors were not strong. Would have preferred more of a kick in the flavors. Would try other options off the menu.

Customer service 4+ almost 5 For Food giving 3, as meat was very dry. Price 4 Deco 4 Food came out quick. But Giving them 3 stars for Quantity of the salad as it very small and the meat was too dry.

I've been here a couple of times and on both visits the food has been exceptional. Huge portions and the quality has been very good.not a place that would be considered fancy but the quality of the food is what keeps me coming back. I had the Viziri Kabob plates that had chicken and minced meat kabobs. Everything was delicious and I was left very satisfied. I recommend and will stop by next time I'm in the area.

I love their Barge plate. I am not sure why i have not tried this place before. But it is clean, spacious, food is great and the prices are reasonable. I am happy to have something like this in the area.

Delicious Afghani food. The quality was good, but other Afghani restaurants have higher quality. The portion sizes of the food are fair and reasonable, but other Afghani restaurants have overwhelmingly huge portions, which I love. Clean dining area. Customer service was not bad, but the energy in the atmosphere does not feel 100% welcoming. Needs upgrading in the modern culture of great restaurants in order to keep up with the competition from the vast number of surrounding restaurants. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience and will come again.

Clean place, good portion size and awesome food

The food tasting fairly good. It is warm and they prepare it right there. The wait time for food takes a bit of time. In addition, they place orders on tray and you have to approach or listen for receipt number. This seems to be a family oriented place. However, i would have preferred that my food is not in front of other customers while they order.

I had the best shami meal there! Everything is cooked to perfection and the service is great! I wish they had a location near my house I would eat there everyday. The rice is cooked perfectly and the meat is tender and juicy. I have had a great experience every time I have eaten here and I most definitely recommend everyone eat here st least once or twice. There food will have to coming back again and again!

This is my favorite spot for Afghani kebab food. It is prepared fresh and the choice of meats are delectable. The portions are also huge. The owner is a perfect host and is always smiling. The washroom could use some upgrades. I usually visit 2-3 times per month.

Located right in front of Wonderland at the strip mall.<br/><br/>Decor: minimal but very spacious.<br/><br/>Food: I got the Vaziri. It comes with chicken and beef kabob, rice, bread amd salad. The chicken was smaller pieces in comparison to other similar restaurants. It was also chewier. The beef was well seasoned and not dry. They give you a lot of rice which was good. Now the sauces they have were really good especially the hot sauce. It was spicy and it paired really well with the food.<br/><br/>Bolanne was not bad. I've definitely had better.<br/><br/>No tap water<br/>Charge you .25 for extra sauce<br/><br/>Front desk cashier very sweet. Her sister or coworker at the back not so much.<br/>

Shami Kabob, naan ... great stuff ... best served with sauvingon blanc.
