Review Pars Grill - Vaughan

What a gem we just found. Omg I am from Mexico and we eat a lot of tongue, dishes and in tacos and is something I really missed. And today oh la la a very good tongue's kind of Sandwich, the meat very soft with good amount of vegetables and love mustard spread on the sandwich . My husband has a huge hamburger the size of his head. Definitely you need to try this place. Here you have a very satisfied client. We will back for sure.

Not good , Based on other Persian kabob in Richmond hill, the price and quality is zero. Their kabob is short, meat is beef ,and price is not reasonable. Again I am saying in compare to other persian restaurants in Richmond hill.

Been here s few times: A friendly bunch of folks & their Kabab Torsh is amazing. My son can't get enough of their kubideh Sandwich. Chicken kabob is tender & tasteful too.

There is a dine in option with seating for about 20-30 people. We had ordered takeout, 3 dinner entrees. It took longer than expected but think they were working on a catering order. Large portions and charcoal children was tender, moist and delicious. A few people called ahead with there orders, that would save the waiting.

If you're looking for great food and don't value service than Pars Grill is the place to be. Food taste is exceptional but good luck being acknowledged, be given eye contact or even helped by any of the staff. As I value service just as much as I do taste, I'm on the fence about going back.

One of the best places for Persian food. Very tasty and fresh kababs. Their barley soup is “omg” quality. I also love their sandwiches. Friendly staff as well, they make sure you feel right at home.

I enjoyed food at Pars Grill. I found the food very fresh and well cooked. They give the option of of rice, salad, or both with your combos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free parking spot was proximal to the resturant and easily accessible. I do recommend this place if you are after Persian food in a welcoming place.

The dining area is small and the customer service is awful. Had the waitress stand next to our table telling people that we would finish soon and that she would give our table to them while we were still eating! We had to rush through our meal because of her. Her stress would also cross over to us. To make things worse, she took our food away before we got the chance to finish and when we complained, she told us they had too many customers! Horrible! Will never go back again!

Best kebab and service between Persian restaurants!<br/>You cannot find big portion with good quality except in pars grill! <br/>The have lot of respect for their customers! For appreciation to customers the bring you tea ( very tasty tea ) at the end or beginning of your food in a traditional cups!!

Never have I ever been treated so rudely. After being told the restaurant had run out of food in the early afternoon (the second time this has happened to us), the person behind the counter started shouting at the occupants (my family and I and other customers) to get out and that we did not deserve their "quality" of food. When we had entered the restaurant, she seemed anxious but we didnt think she would behave so erratically. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes, and zero appreciation of the fact that they are open because of their customers. I can honestly say i will never again step foot in their restaurant. Id rather go somewhere with high "quality" customer service.

Great quality, Great food!<br/>The place finishes food by 5 pm during weekend. Totally recommended, Great sandwiches, Barley soup is to die for. ❤

Very disappointed! Rush customers through their meals to seat as many as possible in .<br/><br/>1-While waiting for my lunch I watched the waitress clean the tables with the same cloth she wiped the table top and then the seats and the back of the chairs. She continued with the same routine still using the same cloth and not rinsing it out. She cleaned several tables in that manner. <br/>2- we went for lunch when we started the lunch after 5 minutes later the waitress came with 5 cup of Teas! I told her we didn't asked for tea and this is hot tea you put front of my kid! can you return it. Not only she didn't return the teas to the kitchen also she told " end of each food we serve tea "  we just started a food!!!! They are rushing you out the door because of new customers are waiting!! If you are thinking to get a relax lunch with your family and friend or you have kid don't go to this restaurant.

It was the best Koobideh I have ever had in Canada! The place doesn't have many seats but it still worth getting a take-out and eat in your car! Try it!!!!

Generous food portion. I like the way they serve the food .one portion of each item on menu is good for 2 or in my opinion 3 .and they serve very good brewed tea after lunch or dinner.9 out of 10

Best Bang for your Buck!. Generous portions, most items on the menu are between 8-15 dollars. quality ingredients! best Iranian food in Toronto! the atmosphere is nice but food is the main attraction. There are the regular items on the menu (barg, koobideh, chicken kabob, etc) and they do unique daily specials. Great place for family meals, there is something on the menu for everyone!
