I just popped in and was expecting regular service but not. Welcoming faces and warm greetings and delicious cafe and nice service all in one :) I found here. Thanks Faema Crew 👍 It was a nice experience.

Coffee is ridiculously bad! They pretend to be hi class , use professional machines however coffee beans at a very low quality. Cappuccino was brewed awfully. So I guess barista is not a barista. Looks like no good coffee shops around GTA

Great staff, and I lovely location. We had coffee and dessert. We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the restaurant, and our order was taken right away and brought to our table. The coffee was amazing the desserts delicious. We've been here many times, and the food has never disappointed. We will be back.

I've tried their espresso twice this year, and both times that was an excellent espresso, one of the fines I've ever tried. Too bad they don't sell their espresso beans in smaller bags, I would love to buy them if they did. I can't say anything about their desserts because I have yet to try them

Amazing and super authentic italian cafe/restaurant. Excellent pizza, the best gelato, superb machiato, and good service. Very comfortable to sit inside and relax. You must try it!

Place was really nice. Staff was great. Had a double espresso with sambucca with an amazing dessert...a mini caramel crunch. My dining partner has something else that I can't promise or remember how to spell. But equally yummy!

I'm celiac, I ask for something Gluten Free and they give me a carrot cake Peanut Free... I throw up and felt spasms all the night.
You have to teach your employs abut food allergies!!!!

I was new to the area and had just moved in to the Bellaria Towers across the street from Vaughan Mills.......I did not know many people in the area and decided to stop by after work for a coffee and dessert .....The vibe and atmosphere were fantastic ! Really friendly Patrons and great staff that made me feel welcome right away !. It has been a regular stop of mine ever since....Very casual yet classy atmosphere and great food , desserts and drink options ....... Coming this afternoon by the way to meet a friend .. Ciao :)

Aren't caffe's supposed to have good coffee, their beans taste like they bought them from a discount store. Overall not worth the price for the coffee, don't really have a comment about their other menu items.

Walked in for the first time tonight and was very happy I did. We finished dinner at Marcello's and walked across the parking lot.
Desserts are very fresh, coffee is amazing (much better than a Starbucks) very much recommend this place to anyone.

I go here regularly and I love the italian vibe and overall atmosphere. The food is really good. I ordered the veal panino with goat cheese (it comes with mozzarella but I asked for goat cheese and it tasted awesome). Nice espressos and lattes too. Their marshmallow latte is really delicious. It's not listed on the menu so you just have to ask for it.

Loved it. I was pregnant and wanted something sweet and OMG! That Belgian Waffle with Hazel nut gelato just hit the spot. It was simply delicious and the service was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend .

A Hidden Gem - Great Italian Cafe Experience. Faema is one of those places that can be easily overlooked - especially because it is in the zoo that is Vaughan Mills. However, after a day of shopping at the Mills, perhaps checking out Faema would not be a bad option at all - you will definitely be pleasantly surprised.

The pizzas here are absolutely amazing (they have a great quality oven)! And their selection of deserts and pastries is absolutely awesome. Overall, a great and friendly place - with great food and a great environment. Reminds me of Europe in many ways :)

We go there for deserts only and go quite often. Homemade tiramisu there is to die for!

Nice little place. Nice atmosphere. Way Better than hanging out in a tims. Very good coffee

Be careful. Ate here several times and noticed they sell espresso machines so when we were shopping for one we went there and purchased one. Machine was misrepresented and while it makes good coffee it doesn't work as easily as presented and some of the details were plain wrong. When I called and asked about return policy I was told no refunds or exchanges and it's at the bottom of my receipt. Sure enough, it's there. I wanted to buy the model up from it that after some research clearly does what I expected. Will pursue this through Mastercard and if needed small claims but just be wary: not the best place to shop at. The fact they have a no return policy is simply wrong.

Nice Little Place!. We decided to come into this place as we were hungry and couldn't get into Marcello's since it was overbooked (the two restaurants are very close to each other). We ordered the pizza. It was good, right from the woodburning oven. It was thin and nicely cooked. We were happy with how it tasted. We then ordered the gelato for dessert. It was really good but it was such a small portion, for the price we were hoping for a larger portion. In any case, this is a great little place and the prices are reasonable, I would definitely recommend this place.

A very nice place, great drinks and delicious desserts but can be slow during rush hour, so plan for a longer wait time...

Expresso, pizza & Service oh my. If you come in on a Sunday afternoon or during the week at nite I'll be there. I've been going there since they opened. I've been to there other locations and they dont even come close to there food & service. Not many people know but they have a really good food menu with pizza, pasta & sandwiches. They also have ice cream but thats not my thing. My regular order is calabrese pizza. There expresso is even better! I get a triple and they make it well everytime. By far there best quality is there staff friendly to the max!! 3 thumbs up for there service 1st & food 2nd.

:) :). The service is very friendly and laid-back here. We went here two days ago & came back & the waitress remembered our order. When you enter, you're free to look around at their pastries & then find a seat yourself. A server will then promptly ask for your order/offer you a menu. They have very good gelato & serve a nice cup o' joe. Nice place to chill.
