Review Mr. Greek - Vaughan

Just picked up a family feature. It comes with 8 skewers, 2 sides, salad, pita, and cookies. The sides I got are potato’s and fries. Shouldn’t the fries be full to the top? This is how I got the fries. Sorry looking fries I must say!

Every time I go in here, the staff are working their butts off! The food is always fresh and yummy. Our order is always correct. The ingredients are fresh and everything is delicious. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. We've been coming here pretty consistently since July '21 as we are in the area often and we not had a negative experience. Even though the staffing changes we've experienced nothing but good service.

I ordered a gyro pita and my partner got a gyro plate. We were told that it would take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we got our food and the staff apologized for the delay as they have a lot of online orders. They have this new menu where the gyro with pita comes with fries. My pita didn't have any so when I went to ask for it. The staff mentioned that you have to ask for the fries. I didn't know you have to ask for ingredients that are shown in their picture. It's unfortunate because the food was decent but the service was terrible. They should take ownership that they messed up on the timing and prioritize walk ins. Since you have limited space you want customers in and out asap. Whereas online orders should come after

Worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Went today for a quick stop to eat, first I waited 45 mins for a salad and chicken plate they had. Veggies that came with chicken and rice plate were RAW the just tossed them on the grill to show that it was roasted (brown colour) and not to mention the salad… I watched them the whole time while they decided to make my salad without there gloves on and picking up all the toppings with there bare hands. Not to mention they don’t wear hairnets either. Disgusting. The “manager” then delivered my salad and I had told him I clearly saw him make this salad without any gloves on and I won’t be accepting until he makes me a new one with GLOVES on. He answers me be saying “just to let you know all restaurants don’t use gloves”(all with attitude and high voice in front of customers” I then laughed I said this is the most unprofessional restaurant and to make me a proper salad. These new owners do not deserve to be in business. They argued with every customer who complained about the food. Completely unsanitary and a health hazard. Would NOT recommend and will NOT be coming back ever again.

This is not Mr. Greek the new owners have ruined this place. Chicken is rubbery. Food is bland. Take out orders are packed very sloppy and messy. They frequently or probably conveniently forget items and then offer no resolution to the problem. No one takes responsibility for anything that’s wrong with order. Stay away from this place. Gross food and service.

Order made perfectly, Friendly staff ....ordered take out for future time we arrived 15mins early and food was already waiting :/...

Horrible experience! The Manager named Dave is VERY racist towards people of colour! I placed a dine in order and was seated at a table by a staff member, but was then approached by the manager Dave shortly after stating that we cannot dine in and he could not serve my party of 3 due to being "understaffed" even though the restaurant was empty. He then proceeded to accept EVERY dine in order by white customers for the next hour until the restaurant was completely full and he personally served them as I stood and waited for my order of 3 gyro pita wraps to go. I will NEVER eat at any MR. Greek location again!

Ordered a lamb souvlaki today and I received the most terrible food ever. Lamb was half cooked and after chewing it for 10 minutes still feels like a plastic so I gave up. Roasted vegetables was literally just big pieces of zucchini not cooked!! Cesar salad size was a joke comparing with the price I paid. Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I LOVE THE FOOD IN THIS RESTAURANT A LOT. ESPECIALLY, I LIKE GREEK SALAD, CHICKEN SOUVLAKI, FRENCH FRY, GRILLED KALAMARI, FAMILY FEATURE IS THE BEST OPTION FOR MY FAMILY.

This is by far the most DISGUSTING greek food I've ever had! Not only is it incredibly expensive, it is completely flavourless, tastes stale, and the salad and restaurant reeked of bleach! The potatoes and rice had absolutely no flavour and were drenched in a disgusting tomato sauce and the chicken kebab was chewy and didn't taste fresh! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs! These people don't know how to run a restaurant and should not be serving food!

This was hands down the WORST meal we have had in a long time! The chicken kebob look like rabbit droppings it was so small and burnt!!!! The gyro was so dry my kids were dying for water. The salad was BROWN. Save your money and go for real Greek. This place sucks!!!!

Really decent, quick-service Greek food. This is probably one of the better Mr. Greek chain locations I've been to. Food takes a while, but comes out hot, and everything is cooked really well.

“Great Greek Food Quickly And Healthy To eat.. We Stopped At Mr. Greek To Have A Quick Lunch In Between Youth Hockey Games And The Food Was Excellent And Of Good Quality. It Was Nice To Get Good Food That Would Give The Kids Energy For Their Afternoon Hockey Game. The Chicken And Rice Was Excellent A Were The Chicken Kabobs And The Hummus As An Appetizer. We Will Be Going Back Again When We Visit The Toronto Area.

@ the person who ordered the gyro.. Ur probably too cheap and expect to get a family meal for 10$ worth of food.. This location is amazing! I have been going since they opened.. There are two chefs that are my favourite ..the girl chef that always makes my food is the best! Her food always fresh and the guy chef's portions are huge (therefore I don't get why people complain)..sometimes me and my sister share a meal because it's just too much food (we also get their calamari it's yummmy).. Keep it up guys! The owner of this place is very lucky to have you two as their staff

Great food. I went to Mr.greek for a meal and it was more than great and was cooked exacly right. The greek salad was great. The plate was filled with salad and I loved the feta cheese.

Horrible Value for the Money. I bought a small gyro dinner from here and the amount of meat provided was a joke, they literally packed the tiny portion of meat into a small Styrofoam soup container which would normally have had a tiny salad in it. <br/><br/>I will never buy from this location again, the full-serve location at Yonge & 16th literally gave me double the amount of meat when I ordered the small gyro dinner -- they will continue to get my business, not Mr. Greek Express!<br/><br/>THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
