Great European store with a bit of everything. They have a wide variety of meat, dumplings and classic European foods. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially want to thank Milena for her exceptional customer service and taking the time explaining what different foods are. Anyone looking for Eastern European food should definitely check this store out. Highly recommend.
It's a pleasure to come to your store. All the ladies over there are very nice they always welcome you with a big smile. Milena is very friendly and polite. She makes me to buy more than I need, her suggestion are very helpful to me.
Rarely visit the store due to the fact that I live in Surrey. But I always try to go to this store if I want to get some buckwheat or kvas. Definitely one of the best stores with a rich variety of Russian and Ukrainian products. The staff is friendly and always asks if they can help. Especially the girl from Kirgistan is very friendly and provides the best customer service.
This neighbourhood-favourite grocery store has saved me so many times! It looks small on the outside but it is unassumingly massive on the inside. They have such a variety of items and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. The staff is always so helpful and friendly especial Milena.
Seriously don't know what I would do without this super convenient grocery location.
If I would have to open a groceries and delicatessen foods ,this would be the FRICHAISE STORE THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO HAVE,Along with Millena the Girl from Moldova, and all the other girls are very pleased, though, Milenna is my favorite! as a Manager I'm certain that my business would go a long time,then is the food that is fresh, sometimes I have to wait a few days , others a week ,just because they don't over-order foods and they always selling us, nothing but the always freshly best,thank you for your tremendous service!
I usually go to this store to buy some salami. Store is always very clean.
I have never had issues with their customer service but its rare to see a smiling face.

An absolutely great store - clean, neat, bright, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by plethora of authentically Russian good quality food choices.
Not to mention a fantastic customer service. The shopkeeper Elena is such a warm and welcoming person. She radiates niceness and is always ready to help you.
Worth noticing that the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whether Russian or not.

I love this store..It's got lots of great tasty exotic foods, cold cuts of a vast choice, dried and smoked fish, and a great variety of teas (I love the herbal teas found here).
They have lots of tinned fish of a wide variety too..Although most of the foods are from Eastern Europe, there is something for everybody..And the staff
are polite and deliver service with a smile and are very helpful. Pay a visit and you will be glad you did..!!!!!🙌
