Review Lubie Restaurant - Vancouver

Everything about this place is enjoyable. Great variety in the tap list. Food is exceptional in quality, plate presentation, and taste. Service is speedy, the staff happy and helpful 👍 The calamari and the fried Brussel sprouts were outstanding

Awesome beer and amazing service. Joshua especially stood out, he was super friendly and personable. Next time I'm in the city I am definitely returning. He put forth the effort to make my experience here much better than I expected. The rest of the serving and bussing staff were obviously working very hard too. Great night, great service.

The nachos are a must and the beer selection is phenomenal! This is our go-to place for awesome and adventurous flights.

Good beer and is very convenient. It locates in front of the street nearby the Commercial-broadway station. I love their variety of sour(fruits) beer. They have some snacks but not many options. Plenty of table doesn't have to be booked even if on Friday night, but if you go with a group of friends I recommend reserving a table. We ordered Nachos and some beers. On the day they had Mango beer, lavender beer, strawberry beer, and more.

I'm so glad we popped in this hot summer evening. What a huge selection of drinks on tap. I had 2 light on the moon lagers and my friend tried the cider on tap. I'm awful with names. Our server was memorable though. Cheery, polite, and informative!! Just what we like. His name was MAX...😀 We also had the salt and pepper wing. A little small but delicious non the less. We will be back very soon.

St. Augustine's is great!. The food was awesome. We ordered the Sicilian and Mushroom pizzas and they were very good. They have an extensive collection of beers and ciders along with some popular cocktails. Prices are also quite nice. They have this feature on their website which tells you how many percent is left of a certain drink. It's pretty nifty. Overall, a good experience.

Service was amazing, food was very tasty, and the drinks were great! The beer menu is about two pages, so I couldn’t decide. I told our awesome server what kind of beers I usually like and she picked some out for me cause I got a flight. Loved them all, they were so good. Highly recommend checking this place out. “The burger” and fries were really good! I noticed a lot of people complain about the service, I didn’t have that experience at all, so maybe check it out on a weekday at lunch time. That’s when I went and enjoyed it so much. Can’t wait to come back!

It's actually quite nice, the staff are terrific, seriously amazing people, super patient with younger kids, great selection of fancy beers, with great food. HOWEVER. The mens room features a teeny tiny design flaw in the area of the urinals. See if you can spot it! Its a good laugh 😂 But seriously folks, this is a great place and worth a visit

St. Augustine's is an absolute gem for beer lovers in Vancouver. With an extensive selection of local and international brews, this place is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys a good pint. From rich stouts to hoppy IPAs to refreshing lagers, St. Augustine's has something for every taste. What sets St. Augustine's apart is the sheer variety of beers on offer. You won't find a more comprehensive selection of Vancouver's best breweries anywhere else in the city. This makes it the perfect spot to take out-of-town friends who want to sample the local beer scene. But it's not just about the beer here. St. Augustine's also serves up some seriously tasty food. Although it's been a while since I last tried their menu, my previous experience was excellent, and my guests really enjoyed it too. From classic pub fare like burgers and wings to more upscale dishes, there's something for everyone here. Overall, I highly recommend St. Augustine's. It's a great spot for beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of delicious food to round out your visit. Whether you're a Vancouver local or just passing through, be sure to check it out.

Here from the island for a trip. After the show we came for some drinks. The selection was awesome, and our server Joshua was very kind and was able to recommend the perfect beer for our taste. My partner and I would definitely recommend St. Augustines, especially if Joshua was working. 10/10!!! Give that man a raise!

Any joint that has TV with sound playing hockey in the restroom is well deserving of praise (sorry for the picture, I had to). In all seriousness, a nice bar with relaxed and chilled vibe. There is a plethora of beer selections which are featured on the flat screens around the restaurant and detail as a percentage how much is left so its easy to order and suss out what beers are popular. My review is based on drinks only and my experience which was very pleasant. The staff are extremely friendly and take a sensible COVID friendly approach, the tables are also well distanced and separated by plexiglass which is cleaned in between each party and contact less menu's. Bar is also in a great location, conveniently distanced about 30 meters from public transport stations.

Even though it's been on the map for what seems forever, in 2019, St. Augustine's became one of my favorites in Vancouver. For one simple reason: beer. I mean, they have few decent food items on the menu as well, but the rotation of beers on tap is what makes this place unique. There's tons of beer to choose from, and the list updated continuously. Lots of beers they have are very hard to find anywhere else in Vancouver. For example, during my last visit, Sierra Nevada's Hop Bullet was on the tap. How awesome is that? The only downfall I can is that if you really liked some brew, there is a chance it won't be available during your next visit. However, they will have like ten new beers to try. Basically, if you like beers and variety, this is the place for you! I do recommend it.

It can get a lil' humid inside on a warm eventide, so patio up if available. Notwithstanding, Funtastic liquid libations and snack sensations. Mac&cheese croquettes hit the spot.

This is my favourite bar/dine in casual place in the entire lower mainland/Vancouver area. I’ve been going for 6+ years and they never disappoint in terms of taste & consistency. One of the best beer selections in B.C, a must try!
