It's a good Starbucks in a great location, always a nice mix of people here.
There was a girl getting trained this morning (June 13) and she had the sweetest smile! She didn't get overwhelmed as she figured things out and was very nice. The two other girls talked to me too and were very personable. It's always very pleasant to go in there. I've been in there much more often

Clean, comfortable, inviting atmosphere with a great sense of urgency for every order with great consistency.
The bathrooms are even clean and they go above and beyond to tidy up chairs and tables as soon as they are left unattended.

This Starbucks sits in a very eclectic area of Commercial drive.The staff are challenged by demanding customers, yet remain calm and friendly in the midst of chaos.

Only thing that pissed me off was a couple who strolled in with THEIR OWN COFFEES (bought nearby) and proceeded to sit at a table and drink them like they weren't the worlds biggest douchebags.

I ordered an iced hibiscus tea, not realizing that it would be super sweet. I drank a bit and then I asked the barista for a little cup of water to tone it down. The barista insisted on fixing it himself which was super lovely and to me a pretty good display of what customer service should be like.
Got a Starbucks card for $10, with $30 loaded on it, so that was a good deal. Poor guy that sold it to me was in tears by the time I walked by, and I had $10 so I bought it and have him the $10 he needed for his fix. Poor guy, it sucks being dope sick.
Consistent with every other Starbucks I've been to. The baristas are friendly, the shop is clean. Good accessibility for people with limited mobility - no stairs and a decent amount of space.
Keep up the good work Starbucks!

Very friendly and helpful. Even helped me charge my phone with their adaptor! The peach iced tea was delicious and refreshing. Clean inside and mostly comfortable chairs.
