I was getting tired of the food on Broadway and I had not yet been to Tony's. I order the black forest and I think it comes to almost $8 - but I think the price makes sense. There's a good amount of stuff in there and the veggies are fresh. This very much tastes like a good homemade sandwich. Worth it if you're looking for something clean, simple and filling.
Love the coffee, the curry soup, all the honey you can drink and one too many elephants, not always in the mood for the F jungle book. The regulars are a mix of former cast members of "Lost" and Dr Who the F...
Most of all, not crazy about people hogging the back tables and stroking their chrome books all day long...its not the F library...

I was in the neighbourhood and wanted to take out something for lunch later on. I came upon Tony’s Coffee on Zomato, so thought I’d try them out. I had read in some reviews of the love for elephants in the cafe. Indeed! So many different types of elephants which keeps you engaged while the staff made my Montreal Special $6.62 with Montreal smoked meat, Monterrey Jack cheese with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and sprouts.
The sandwiches here are phenomenal! Bread is always fresh, I usually get the turkey (pilgrim's pick) with everything on it which includes avocado and bean spouts. I also love their Chicken Coconut Curry soup! Service is hit or miss but the owner/manager is awesome and they deliver to nearby buildings (I work in a dental office across the street).
Decent coffee and friendly service. Not the trendiest cafe, but it definitely does the job to get my Java fix of the day. Stopped in after a doctor's appointment today and I would say it was an average coffee joint with a giant wall of elephants. Basic muffins, snacks and treats.
GREAT COFFEE, FOOD AND SERVICE. This place is wonderful. I stopped in here today after having fasting blood test across st in Fairmont Bldg and had a Breakfast Wrap and Apple Bran Muffin -- both were delicious, the muffins are huge and very fresh. Service from new owner ? (I'm terrible with name)s and his friend Daniel who was helping out was very fast and super friendly, and the place is immaculate every time I've been in. Yhey do all kinds of catering too. You won't go wrong if you drop into Tony's for any reason from just coffee GREAT to a full catered meal for a crowd. BRAVO to Tony's Les Ewener

Good coffee. Delicious and HUGE sandwiches made exactly how you tell them. Good, quiet place to study on weekends cause it's not so busy on Saturdays.
