Decent place to get bun or banhmi since there are no other Vietnamese restaurants in the area so I'm extra thankful that Heart Stock is here. I especially like the house hoisin(?) sauce they have for dipping salad rolls in.

Pho broth has a slightly sweet taste, not great but still acceptable.
I like the green tea shaved cream (shaved milk) but it was a tad bland. The condensed milk really should have been complimentary as opposed to a topping option.
Service is very good though, attentive and friendly.
fluffier and lightest shaved ice I've had! Lychee flavour was very present in the ice. I wouldn't recommend the rainbow jelly, it was just chewy and gross, but that's not the restaurants fault since they're most likely to be pre packaged and bought. We order the four topping size and thought it would have been bigger... it looked bigger in other people's pictures. Still confused about this place though, do the servers come with the bill? Or do you come up to the front to pay? After our plate was taken away, the waitress never came with the bill.

Always on the lookout for snow ice in Vancouver and this is one place I like to go for it. The only thing is they are not open til very late and most of the time I want to eat snow ice after dinner!
This is the best pho place I've found in the city. It's always got consistent quality. Chicken soup and shrimp salad roll are brilliant on a rainy day.

Absolutely delicious. I'll begin by admitting that generally speaking, I am not a fan of Vietnamese food. Being a very specific eater (I'm not picky - just specific) I can at times also be difficult to please. This however, I liked. I came across Heart Stock, decided to try it on a whim and ordered noodles and chicken wings. So good. I especially appreciate how (like the previous reviewer has already said), clear the broth is. It doesn't leave you with that cloying savoury after taste that you get after eating at other Vietnamese noodle houses. Go give it a try - the difference is very evident. Portion size seems to be larger than the usual places as well.
The chicken wings were great and while I've never really used sweet thai chili sauce before but I found myself coating the entire wing in the dish of sauce that the wings came with. Awesome combination.
My only regret was that I didn't have enough room to order one of the frozen desserts. Luckily summer weather is now upon us and I can't wait to go back again and try one (or all. Make that definitely all) soon.
This place is within walking distance from Granville Island and is a great option for food especially if you're wanting to escape from the large and noisy crowds that Granville Island seems to never be without

Great New Restaurant, Amazing Service!. I was in the neighbourhood and realized that recently there has been a little restaurant that was opened. It was Vietnamese cuisine, with desserts and bubble tea. As I entered the restaurant, I was approached and greeted right away. The staff was all very friendly and kind. They were able to answer my questions and meet my needs right away. I ordered a bowl of noodles, chicken wings and a matcha slush with pearls. The noodles had a very generous portion of meat and I could taste that the broth had no MSG. It was a good balance between noodles, meat and broth. The chicken wings were even better! It was crispy, with enough flavour (I almost wanted to order more!)
I ordered a matcha slush with pearls, the pearls were nice, fresh and chewy. I could almost say that this was the best bubble tea drink I have ever had. (It even came in a cute mason jar). I am very happy that I tried this restaurant out, even though it is newly opened all my expectations have been met. I will definitely come back and try their other dishes they have!
