Xi Yan Seafood Restaurant - Vancouver - Photo album

Due to the Chinese New Year dinner here, we had to order one of their set menu. We ordered one and it didn't have some of the dishes we wanted, so we had to order more. The seating is tight, practically I'm seating in the middle of the road. The quality of food is good though, hot, tasty and well
Clean food. Great service. Good prices. I always come here for dim sum.
Not overly busy so you're bound to get a table when you arrive, but if you want a guaranteed seat, book an 30 mins-1 hour in advance! Lunchtime: Great tasting food no matter what type of dim sum you order. Tea is of decent quality. It does not have a damp flavor like some other places. Dinnertime:
Food is actually not bad (not as oily as other places) and it wasn't too pricey. Subtle tasting not too strong.Price was reasonable when ordering food individually rather in a set. Came up to around 220 bucks for 13 people.
No surprise here. Food quality remains high, service friendly and efficient. Restaurant getting busier over the past six months. Excellent job to maintain service standard and improve upon it in this highly competitive Cantonese cuisine market.
Not many people know about this place on 41st and Granville. They serve quality chinese food at a high, but fair price for the quality and quantity. The free range fried chicken is my favourite!! Parking is a pain before 6pm.
They are a bit pricy. However, excellent service and their dishes are great. I'm talking about their dinner, I'm not sure how is their dim sum. The only downside of this restaurant is that the parking was quit expensive and the parking machine was not properly working.
Good food, good service. I really like their special spareribs. Nice and crunch. The seafood rice is also really yummy. The beef fried rice is also delicious
Good very legit and service is pretty fast
Small but professional, about one waiter per table, food is excellent. $3.50/hour parking
I love the dim sum there. It is authentic Hong Hong dim sum. Some people said the place is expensive but I think It is worth it.
