Came over from Victoria for a visit and had Vera's for the very first time today, and WOW. I was blown away. The staff here were incredibly friendly & helpful, offered menu suggestions and substitutions for our party. Had chips & guacamole as an appy, and they make some killer guac! Our burgers were juicy, delicious, and sooo filling. Definitely, definitely, definitely will be returning!!
Good solid Vera's location.. Variable chain but I find this location serves up reliable quality and good enough service, these are "burger shacks" after all. Food has always been cooked well and flavorful.
I had the special chicken burger with bacon and it was one of the best burgers I've eaten. I like it better than 5 guys & fries
No Picnic Tables. There have been no picnic tables for over a yr. They have colouring pages crayons and a bigger kids menu. There is only 1 television, which has sports on it at all times.
Better than most burgers around - don't go when busy as the place will be jumpin' - an interesting variety of toppings & sides, a tad overpriced - but they'll cut your burger in half if you ask
Best Pattie ever. Best burger I ever tasted other than my own BarBee'd! Delicious... mmmm... think Ill head there right now...
always a bit of a wait, but well worth the wait.
The four sliders that I ordered were nice and juicy and came with cheddar, ketchup and Vera’s sauce. The patty sizes seemed reasonable and I did feel satisfied after having four of them. You can order two sliders for $6, four for $9 and six for $11. I opted to make my sliders a combo with a fountain pop and onion rings for $6.50. I was impressed with the onion rings.
I’ve officially decided that Vera’s Burger Shack serves up the best fast food burgers in Vancouver. And I’d say it even gives most restaurants a run for their money.
No matter how many wonderful and varied things there are to eat in the world, sometimes there's just nothing like a nice burger, and the bigger the better. Vera's Burger Shack has become one of the best places in Vancouver to indulge in your hunger for bu
Spring is in Vancouver's air. The cherry blossoms are budding, the temperature is slowly rising, and the rain is finally letting up. With that, I decided to spend a couple of my Easter long weekend hours at Kitsilano Beach . I left home with an ap
