Unlike in most big cities in the US there are not many fast food fried chicken places in Vancouver and churches is one of few we have heard of. After trying fried chicken at many other places we were still missing that good fast food fried chicken.
We finally got around to trying chicken from here. We got the spicy fried chicken and it hit all the right spots. It was crispy, moist and tender from inside, well marinated with just correct amounts of spice. Churches is the best place to satisfy your fried chicken craving in Vancouver.
This location compared to the fraser location is better in every way for some reason. Service has not dissapointed me. When I order a giant combo of chicken going spicy, the fraser location tells me it's going to take 30 min to a hour and the fries are so small. But this location the fries are bigger and frying spicy chicken only takes 5 mins. Service is wayyyy better here and they never miscount my pieces. I swear the fraser street staff count with their fingers and are lazy.
Church's has one of the best deals for fried chocken. $5 for 3 pieces and small fries. The chicken and fries are always delicious and the service is great and quick. Burgers are also tasty but are a bit more expensive. If you're looking for good fried chicken, you might want to try out Church's Chicken.
Everyone who has had Church's chicken always talk so highly of it that I was expecting my first time to be over-hyped. It was not!! The hype is true!! Big portions, crispy skins and super juicy meat! The jalapeño poppers filled with cheese were amazing too!! Very impressed for a fast food joint. The only negative is that we ordered fries and didn't realize we didn't get them until we got home. Also, church's is open late!! Awesome for your late night cravings. Yum!!
Today we will be talking Church’s Chicken . Sometimes a fried chicken craving has a simple solution and so the question is: Spicy or Regular seasoning?
