I researched quite a few places when buying a large brisket for a house party. Pete’s Meat offered a reasonable price on a high quality product. They also perfectly seasoned and vacuum sealed the brisket for my Sous vide process. Fantastic service!
The tomahawk steaks for our birthday party were fantastic. You vacuum sealed them, having learned that we would be traveling with them. Our host followed the reverse sear recipe you suggested. Thanks.

We've just arrived in Kerrisdale / arbutus neighbourhood and we decided to go to this butchery. We're french and we didn't know the exact names of pieces we wanted (hampe, onglet, bavette d'Aloyau) but the staff were very helpful and patient with us. It's definitely gonna be our go to butchery from
I don't find any reason to buy meats in other place. Good quality, reasonable price, friendly and professional staff. They're kind enough to meet my irregular request to slice the meat for my son's birthday "meat cake" !!!
The website is not updated as it claims that they sell sandwiches however apparently they stopped that about 3 years ago, despite the sandwich disappointment they were very polite and friendly!

My favourite butcher in Vancouver. They even do sandwiches. Great meat quality and the best eggs ever. Loads of other unique items you might enjoy! Sausages are very good as well. For the summer they also make burgers that are very good.
Every so often I stick something amazing in my mouth. Over the holidays I was asked if I’ve ever eaten Pete’s Meat. After a brief awkward pause… I exclaimed I had not. Well let me tell you Googlers a little something something. I finally purchased some meat from Pete’s… and it was funking amazing!!
