Just finished the Cleanse with juice and Soup. I have done cleanses before and this is by far the best one.

Tried this Juice and Health Bar for the first time i purchased a bottle of the Cold Pressed Juice called Winter Wonderland(Winter Melon,Apple,Kale,Spinach and Celery)surprisingly it's quite refreshing the owner and staff were very friendly and more than happy to explain each kind of bottle juice they have to offer i would highly recommended this place
Found this little gem near waterfront, its great tried The HULK and orange glow both were very satisfying and delicious. I'm a big dessert fan so couldn't resist their health bars it was like going to a dessert house but everything is healthy and hits the spot for flavor. For people on their first try I recommend the so fudgin good because like having a chocolate cake but less guilt. Very friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely would visit again and seems they organize a lot of different workshops in store, so definitely will try those out.

Banana Nice Creams $5.95 each. I got to try their new products that are pushed out for the summer – Banana Nice Creams. There are two option to choose from, one with the strawberry fig chia (left) and chocolate (right). Both options come with the banana nice cream which is really creamy banana with no sugars added! There is a sample of their fig granola bar on top as well for added texture. My favourite was the strawberry jam chia topping, I liked the tartness from strawberry which complemented the banana well. For $5.95, this large dessert can definitely be shared!

I was on a brief health kick for a while so I decided to check out Melu Juice and Health Bar which is conveniently located near where I work. I saw some pictures of their yummy looking health bars and needed to try them! This is a combination of a few visits. . This was the Berry Colada Smoothie which has two layers. The first layer has pineapple, banana, house-made cashew mylk and dates. The second layer has raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. The smoothie was slightly tart from the mixture of berries but also had a nuttiness to it from the cashew milk and the banana flavour was evident as well.

There are a lot of juice and health bars popping up. Now there is a new go to place in the Coal Harbour neighbourhood. I really like the Zucchini noodles because the texture of the zucchini mimics noodles! I'm not a juice fan so the juices were just ok for me. I prefer to eat the fruit. The energy bars are great for snack.
Cold press juices were awesome here. I had the hulk, and it was faintly sweet, pleasant mint and ginger, it made me feel very healthy just drinking it.
Tried the mint cacao and goji veggie as well. Couldn't say they were really tasty, but I knew I was getting a great dose of nutritious minerals and vitamins, so it was great.
It was a little pricey, but I will return and try the really attractive vegan desserts they had in the display case.
My newest favourite! They have all sorts of delicious juices, smoothies, waters, healthy food, and bars. Melu can be considered as a hidden gem being situated in downtown. Co-founded by Angela and Melissa, they believe in simple and effective ways when it comes to getting all the nutrients our bodies need.
I am always on the look out to treat myself and most definitely in the form of a quality lunch meal. Can you believe that they could pack 2-3 pounds of fruits and vegetables into a single 500ml cold pressed juice?
...the Berry Beetiful, packing apples, tomatoes, beetroot, and strawberries into a nutrient-dense jam packed detoxifying juice. A refreshing break from my normal coffee run, the sweet fruity notes overpowered the tomato and beetroot flavours. I ended up bringing this back to the office and slowly sipped through the day. For me, it gives me one of the simplest ways to integrate high quality ingredients into my diet.
