I’m so lucky to live near this place. Their spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, free range chicken noodle and subs are some of my faves! The service is great too. They’re also helping the environment by offering plastic straws only if customer asks for it. First I’ve seen in an Asian restaurant in Vancouver. So great!

Food was tasty and clean. Not salty like most restaurants. Just like home.
The beef stew was a little salty but it was still great. The waitress suggested I have it with rice noodles versus egg noodles. I like both so I will have to try it again with egg noodles to see. The cha gio were really good and crispy. Would return for sure
The Photos on the outside of their dishes should really be taken down. They do not reflect the actual dishes served. Fortunately in this case, that's a good thing. The quality here is much better than the photos would lead you to believe. True, I'm not going to be voting this the best Vietnamese in town, but it certainly isn't bad. This a solid choice when your other choices in the area aren't available.
