Amazing little place for breakfast! I had the waffles with bacon and eggs, Absolutely delicious! Perfect combo. Unique waffle texture and taste. The service was great!

My boyfriend and I went this past Saturday. I had the crocodile bacon Benny and he had the blueberry waffles. It was hands down the best waffle I've ever had. The maple syrup added the perfect sweetness �

Quite frankly, the most amazing waffles I ever had the privilege to taste. Handmade with the finest ingredients, you will be in complete bliss with just one bite. Another perk would be the beautiful couple who own the place. They could not be more endearing.
We absolutely LOVED our delicious waffle plates!!! From crocodile meat to Nutella to fruit & Reece’s Peanut Butter chips.... we tasted it all and are now lifetime fans! To add to the experience, the owners, Kathy & Calvin Klein, were wonderful! Best waffles we’ve had — we’ll be back soon!

Had the pleasure of stopping to eat here during our summer trip to Vancouver. Hubby and I enjoyed the food and the great service.

• their little resto was actually featured in Vancouver magazine as one of the top Waffles in town along with Chambar & Cafe Medina (my personal favourites)
• you won’t miss it as the place is painted with bright orange & blue
• street parking available, accessible by bus
• choose from sweet or savoury or even create your own
• Pizza waffle: has herb and garlic waffle based batter. It is delicious!!! Generous amount of cheese & pepperoni, perfect size!
• Cinnamon bun waffle: tasted like the real cinnamon bun! Topped with perfectly cooked strawberries!!!
• Maple waffle with Walnut: its the real thing! Again, generous amount of chopped walnuts + soaked in yummy maple syrup! I suggest roasting or toasting the walnuts to bring out nutty flavours

My brother and I were looking for a place in my neighborhood to have some brunch food, and he found Just Waffles on Google and saw that it had great reviews - and now we understand why!
As soon as we walked in, Kathy greeted us with a friendly smile, and helped explain the menu to us. We decided to share one sweet (Nutella) and one savoury (buffalo chicken) waffle. After demolishing them, we ended up ordering two more waffles (cinnamon bun, and bruschetta asiago).
We enjoyed our time chatting with Kathy and Calvin, and I even placed an order to serve for my Sunday brunch I had planned with friends. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

This is a great little place, perfect for a quick snack. The owners are such wonderful people and stand by the product they are selling.
I tried the savory options for the first time and was impressed at how well it tasted.
1. Eggs Benny waffle, wonderful hits of honey ham underneath the eggs and hollandaise sauce. For price point, one of the best options for what you get.
2. Sweet BBQ pulled pork Waffle with cheese. Sounds strange but absolutely amazing in taste. Thier in house BBQ sauce is sweet with a slight tang. The pork was soft and I imagined it falling right off the bone
I tried a sweet option a different time and it was ok. Waffle is not the best the city has to offer but for the area its one of the only places to get a decent liege waffle. For that, I would definitely recommend.
Savory trumps the sweet in my books. Plus, they you wash it all down with chocolate milk.
One day, maybe it will be beer and waffles. For now, a welcome addition to the neiborhood. I would definitely recommend this place.
