Everyone loves hot pot. Went to Lendmark hot pot house. This place has been there for years and this time we went back with some old high school friends. Everything was great.  We had the pot with two soup. Order a lot of food and it was just as good as when we first ate at the place years ago.  Quality and taste are still top notch.  It's no wonder the place is still around after a decade.

came here on a weekdays' dinner , if you're coming down here i would strongly recommend have a reservation first because the place will be packed with reservation from the time of the opening till closing. without reseravation you're pretty much looking at your luck that someone didn't come for their reservation/cancel their reservation. food wise i honestly think it's one of the best hotpot i've ever tasted, the soup base /broth was incredible the depth and the ingredients they used were definitely good, the taste of the broth was sweet not on the tip of the tongue but rather the sweetness lingers after you drink the broth. definitely good stuff. and the meat selection and meatball was good as well. overall i'm impressed with the way they have their broth made. definitely didn't dissapoint at all.  price wise it's a little bit more pricy but i think this one is def worth the price.

My coworkers and I came here with our client for dinner. We reserved a table a week in advance. We knew this restaurant was always packed and full of customers. That means the food must be good.

We ordered a lot of beef and lamb as well as some seafood. The quality of the food was great and fresh! We ordered the food based on the number of people. It was not all you can eat type of hot pot, so we wouldn’t waste the food. We also ordered a couple bottles of wine/champagne.

The customer service was great. However, once the restaurant was busier, it seems to be under staff. We had to wait for a while whenever we needed to order something.

Pricing wise.... it was a bit more expensive than other hot pot places, but it was what it was. We paid for good qualify and fresh food. It was worth it!

There is a parking lot behind the restaurant. If there is no parking at the back, there is street parking, so no worries about finding a parking spot.

Overall, we had a great experience here tonight. This is the only hot pot restaurant in this neighbourhood. If you want hot pot for dinner, you can consider coming here. They open from 5pm to 1 or 2am.

Well known hot pot place that has been around for ages and is always busy. Prices are steep but quality is top notch.

Fresh spicy crab was fresh and delicious and was flavoured just right with garlic, onions and chilli peppers.
We had fresh sea bass where the meat was prepared for hot pot and the bones were deep fried to snack on.
Pork bone soup base was delicious. Best part was finishing off in the end with fresh noodles with the flavourful soup base.
For dessert, they make really good dessert tofu.

Overall you get what you pay for. Quality of the food is fresh and vegetables are washed thoroughly.

EXPENSIVE. This place is pretty pricey not going to lie.. so be prepared to fork over 100+ for 2 people. Between my boyfriend and I, we ordered three dishes with the double hotpot soup base and our total was averaging 170$? This is only because we ordered some more expensive dishes but compared to other hotpot places it is expensive. However, the price you pay gives such high quality cuts of meats. We ordered the geoduck and it was so sweet and fresh, highly recommend if you are willing to pay. The beef and pork were also great.

Love this hotpot location. We had the pork bone soup and order the seafood, meat and veggies. I found the ingredients to be super fresh and the broth gets better as the night progress. It comes with the sour plum drink. Must make reservations or go early .

Best hot pot restaurant in town. I ordered a pork bone soup base, which was served in a large stone pot. The soup was very creamy and rich with 2 big pork bones. For meats, I ordered the fatty Angus beef and the wagyu beef. They are full of marbling, which are melted in my mouth after cooking. For seafoods, I ordered live geoduck, live spot prawn and red snapper fish filet. The geoduck were cut in think slices. The spot prawns were big. They did in sashimi or cooking. For dessert, they had a complimentary tofu dessert. I also ordered a 'double bolied ginger milk custard'.

...out of the beef, fish paste, shrimp and cuttlefish balls, the cuttlefish was my favourite.

Over a year ago, I reviewed Landmark as one of my very first post on this food blog. I was nostalgic and reread my first post and wow, my writing style sure has changed! If you've never tried hot pot, this will be a revelation. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a choice of soup base and there are a lot of choices. You can pick a medicinal soup complete with ginseng, a century egg and parsley soup, a peppery pork stomach soup, a tom yum soup and if you're less adventurous, a basic chicken stock based soup. The heating element at your table brings the soup to a bowl and keeps it there as you dunk all the following raw ingredients into it. Don't worry about the soup boiling away, as the waiters continue to replenish the soup as you dine.

Landmark Hot Pot House on Cambie street plays host to those seeking hot pot, fondue, shabu shabu, or whatever you want to call it. It's a communal dining experience that depends largely on the quality of ingredients, preparation of the food, and quality of broth available.
