Family style dining Pink Elephant Thai restaurant. Broad selection of appies, greens, seafood, curries and woks - very tasty and not too spicy. The portions didn’t look large at first but it was definitely filling. Ordering 3 dishes and appies with 3 small jasmine rice is enough for 3 people. Reasonably priced. During COVID, capacity is limited for dine in. You can order take out with Skip the Dishes and Door Dash.

Decent Thai food but not amazing. Large seating area with only street parking. Make sure to pay the meter as they are is patrolled often and tickets are handed out regularly.
Clean but very casual and service is acceptable. I would go at least medium spicing for your food.

Thai cuisine at its best. So distinctive. Smiling staff. Very nice restoration ambiance. Quick service. Manager offered to take pictures of us. Clean washroom. Paid underground parking.

Great place to come with a group. We had the set dinner for four plus an appetizer platter. The green curry and the green been and beef dish were flavourful and balanced. Loved the decor, too. The service was prompt and friendly.

Non-traditional interior feels more like a club than a restaurant. The food is served fast and the wait staff courteous. Try the crispy tofu to start, then work your way to the Pad Thai and green curry.

15% fixed service charge and it doesn't include tip. Barely served. Tom Kah' and green curry are amazing while Kra Poa Kook fried rice is just so-so. Food is good enough for its price but the service is totally overpriced. A little disappointed.

Had lunch here on Sunday. Busy but had space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Great food for a good price. Had the green curry and it had the right kick of spice. Pad thai was good too!

Absolutely terrible - we checked on line to see if gluten free options were available - and yes they said they were. As most celiacs do we then stopped by to speak to a staff to make sure before we made a reservation. If course we were told all curries are gluten free. We arrived and tried to order but no curries could be made gluten free as the wok may have had gluten meals cooked in it before. Seriously??? Very poor for a Robson Street venue in Vancouver! Big city no knowledge of gluten free - do not go there if you have celiac disease! We’ve visited Thailand several times and never had an issue with staff understanding the need for gluten free very disappointed in Pink elephant and Vancouver. Shame on you!

Awful food and equally awful service. The spring rolls were saturated in grease, the "green" salad was about 8 tiny pieces of lettuce with an awful dressing. The wontons really were dried pieces of nothingness. We ordered pad Thai which came out with chop sticks as long as my forarm and the cutlery was as if it was made for giants.
Me and my fiancé ordered some red wine, which was corked, we immediately informed the manager, politely, he took it off the bill but when we wanted to pay he rudely disregarded our feedback even though we were nice about it.
Considering ALL the food was awful, we could have blatantly refused to pay for any of it , especially since we had one bite of the pad Thai and nothing more ... terrible service staff , they can't handle conflict or constructive criticism-- will never ever go back, and we hope others don't have such a horrible experience......

We chose their $108 share for four along with an appetizer sampler and everything was so tasty! It ended up being a lot of food but was perfect for sampling. We loved the Pad Thai and the coconut curry! Quick and friendly service and the room is really neat

I have been to pink elephant several times and each time i have honestly had the best food i could have ever imagined. The service from Appy was exceptional she was polite, friendly and always had a smile. I can personally guarantee that anyone who gives pink elephant a bad review is either a person filled with hate or completely dilusional.

The worst take out restaurant. 👎We ordered fried rice for take out, but the restaurant gave us two noodles. We went back for exchange but they refused for exchange, I'm like what?
