Cafe Il Nido - Vancouver - Photo album

A cozy Italian restaurant tucked at a corner, hidden from the view of the busy streets of Thurlow and Robson. The staff and food were all great. Our group ordered a variety and food and they were all executed well. The food is good, not pretentious and it's reasonably priced for the quality and quan
I had lunch in this bright, cozy space that was so welcoming. The food was well-presented and full of flavor! I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu next time! Highly recommend 😁
Excellent food, service and chill atmosphere! Couldn’t ask for more. The food was fresh, filling and delicious. Definitely order the tomahawk steak!! So juicy and flavourful!!! They have a talented pianist who played love during our dinner and the mood was just perfect! They have a nice quiet and
We had a great experience at this place. We got served a pretty nice dinner out at the patio. The staff was really attentive and friendly. The man at the door who greeted us seemed a bit unsure as to what to do, he also forgot to give us the menu but he quickly realized his mistake and attended to u
Live music and an intimate environment makes this a great dinner spot. Of the many Italian places in the city, this is definitely one of my favourites. The Carbonara is to die for. Food quality, service, and drinks were all spectacular. Didn’t even break the bank 😁
Recommended to me by a friend. Lots of funky art work for you to stare at while you eat. Definitely a conversation starter ;) good for date night or casual celebration. Solid pasta. For entree, we got the pasta carbonara and the jumbo scallop truffle spaghetti. Standout dish for us was the tomahawk
This is a cute little hidden gem with amazing pasta. We enjoyed a bottle of white wine and a pasta dish each. Great gluten-free options. Wine 🍷 was beautiful tasting. Our dishes came out really fast and we noticed the staff was on top of your table at all times. Definitely recommend this pasta place
Food was delicious - especially the squid ink pasta; so flavourful. Service was superb. Nice vibe but not pretentious. +++Bonus points for the talented pianist - what a treat! He takes requests and can play any songs after he hears it once. Will come back to try other dishes next time.
