Day 12 and I am finally having a day off. Tried the Gimme That Sweet Sweet Heat, Cape Mod and Haroroku Girl Cocktails. Yummy an ultra smooth. The salt and pepper wings and sausage and pretzel board paired well. Great date spot with the Mrs!

A good British experience. Had toad in the hole, scotch egg and curry and chips. Quite liked the sticky toffee pudding also. Yes its a bit canned, but very datey and quite enjoyable.

First time at Cascade. Great music, good vibes. Tasty drinks and delicioussss food. Prices for mains are affordable compared to a lot of other places. I got the roasted lingcod and it was such a generous portion, beautifully plated. My partner got the fried chicken burger and said it was perfectly seasoned and fried. Now that we know what it's like here, def looking forward to coming back.
Edit: came back and had the tuna salad. So generous on the tuna and the salad was very filling (potatoes, eggs, green beans). Delicious and healthy.

My wife ordered a curry. She’s vegan and we were told that they could make it vegan.

Her meal came WITHOUT nan…which apparently made it vegan.
No price change though. 🤔

Visited again July 7/22
I joined my wife and friends after work. Not overly busy but we waited ages for drinks. Our lovely server took the orders each time but the drinks would arrive 15 minutes later. We had 4 rounds and this was the norm.
My friend had Toads in the hole and she loved it.
I think they need to hire more staff.
Great drink/ food choices but this place WILL NOT be my first choice again.

The food and atmosphere were great, loved the raspberry gin fizz! But the service was a little lacking. Asked about ingredients in some of their drinks and dishes and the server didn't seem to know much or even offer to find out. Many responses were simply "I don't know". I'm sure it was situational and with a different/better server my experience would have been better, but that was my only experience thus far. Will likely go again.

"Not a chance!". That Is what the male hostess said to our party of 10 and nothing else when we arrived on Saturday night. I'm not sure what it is with the service of this place, but in recent years, everytime we seem to experience hostile services and I'm done in with it. If you are at capacity, may I recommend starting with "Unfortunately we are all full for the night, maybe...", Or "the wait may take up to 2 hours...perhaps.." Living in the neighborhood for over a decade, this used to be a place I visit often and would recommend friends..not anymore.

The first drinks for our table came out over 20 minutes after we sat down... after the appies had already arrived to the table. The second round of drinks took another 25 minutes... It was a table of 4 people. Two staff behind the bar and several servers. I wouldn't come back. There are other bars in the area with better service and similar menus.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Full English breakfast on the lunch/brunch menu is worth a trip, and if you are there for dinner plenty of great British pub foods. Top quality beer and drink options as well.

I had a great time visiting Vancouver this past week. I was there on a Wednesday night, and the place was packed. The salad with fresh greens and goat cheese was a great starter. Venison burger was cooked perfectly - well done, but full of flavour and moist. Excellent house toppings. Staff was fun and courteous. You need to go!
