The food...the service....the sangria....have been a couple of times when I'm in Vancouver and have never been disappointed....always a lot of fun there. Would highly recommend.

Each dish had its own distinct flavour. The ambience was very nice, the decor. There was a very nice flow about the place. Have been to Bodega a few times when it was downtown. I would definitely come back!

I was saddened when La Bodega closed its doors just after my 40th birthday, but when my wife took me to Bodega on Main for my 45th birthday (not having realized the kids opened a new one), I felt right back at home. The food was phenomenal as was their signature sangria. Thanks for an amazing evening, you took great care of us all.

Awesome food, drinks, service. They gave me a nice complimentary creme caramel with a lit candle for my birthday!

Great night at Bodega with my family. :) Thanks! everything was wonderful. The combination of the old La Bodega recipes, and the new ones are working, hint hint, were is the flan? :) Nice to have a place, that feels like home.

Closest you'll get to Spain in Vancouver. Not 100% authentic but good enough. Nice atmospheric room. Gambas al ajillo the highlight. Pulpo, calamares, and charcuterie not the best but my expectations were not high anyway, i understand the difficulty of sourcing the right ingredients. Paella ok, but still not Spain. Tortilla Española same rating as the paella. Friendly service from Maria from Marbella and Caitlin from Saskatoon. Despite the shortcomings, this is as Spanish as it gets in Vancouver, so it'll do. Will be back.

Hidden gem near the Pacific Central Station. Amazing experience! The server was very friendly, there was a great selection on the menu even during lunch! All 4 dishes we tried was super yummy, especially the grilled peppers and the paella. The paella was decent size, the seafood on it was very fresh, we brought half of it home for dinner. Will definitely go back to try the other dishes.

Could not rave about this enough! I had the seafood/lobster paella - it was delicious but because I love spicy food, I'd recommend adding hot sauce as I did. Downside - there were only 2 pieces of lobster but plenty of other seafood! The grilled octopus melted in my mouth, some of the best octopus I've had. The chicken wings were okay, still good but I'd try something different next time. The drinks were strong and good! Definitely worth it!

I hadn’t been to Bodega in decades. At another location on Main Street near the Pacific Central Station. The 4 of us shared a bit of everything. For starters we shared the charcuterie board from Spain (very tasty) with grilled bread. We had the meatballs appetizer (okay) and the deep fried calamari (tasty and tender calamari). We ordered the classic paella (not too wowing) and squid ink paella. Of all the food we ordered, the squid ink paella won everyone over as it had the most flavour. Orders for paella takes 30 minutes and is enough to share for 2 people. Make sure you make reservations way ahead of time. If there are 4- 6 in your group, ask for the table at the front window. Service was good and we didn’t feel rushed. The server gave us great recommendations. The place has a nice vibe. A great place to get together with friends and family. The tables could be spaced slightly further apart.

The tapas are really good and our server was excellent. The cheese plate, meatballs, goat cheese stuffed peppers, and potatoes were some of our favourites. We also enjoyed the churros. The only thing that surprisingly disappointed me was the sangria, which although good was not great.

I love seafood and the experience at Bodega was amazing. Everything was so delicious. I specially recommend the Paella, it is big even for two people. Order some Tapas with bread while you wait for the Paella, and off course don't forget the dessert, my favorite was the cake.

You have to get the churros dessert with dark chocolate. It's heaven. Appetizer octopus is delicious, flavor of mussels and classic paella can be richer. Overall recommend!

Such a wonderful place for Spanish food!!! Their happy hour menu was really good! From the main menu, we had the braised beef brisket which was well put together!
