Review Reflections Terrace - Vancouver

Amazing dine out location and fun atmosphere! đź’« I came right before Christmas for the Winter Terrace for date night and it was just wonderful. The pizza was so rich and delicious with the mushroom base filling. The turkey dinner with stuffing tasted amazing and the grilled peppers side was a bit of a shock, since it was decently spicy. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the interior design and environment was very festive feeling. A lot of pretty lights.

Their patio has consistently been voted as one of the best patios in the city and we couldn't agree more! If you love that patio life then this place is a must visit! The venue offers a stunning courtyard, open kitchen, stylish design, and a great ambiance. It's a perfect place to take your date, kick back with friends, or plan a business get together. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed their selection of cocktails and the Rose from the Three Sisters Winery, which is from BC, along with their appies, which included a few plant based options. All the dishes were plated beautifully and our server, Magdalena, was awesome! We had a really great time and can't wait to go back. It's one of the most memorable outdoor restaurants in Vancouver and its definitely a place that's worth experiencing. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance as it gets booked up quickly. With summer finally here, it's the best time to visit!

They just reopened, but we had a wonderful experience. Justin put up with us moving tables 2 times (sorry! we were freezing). Drinks were good, food was delicious and service was prompt. Octopus, cauliflower and truffle fries tasted really good. The duck entree was out of this world, so tasty. Loved the cheesecake as well! The staff made sure we had everything we need, and everyone was very pleasant. Beautiful atmosphere.

We went there for my friend's birthday dinner with $120 set menu. If I know the service will be that bad, I wouldn't waste my time and money here. Started with they brought out shared appetizers. It said on the menu 'lobster taco' the bowl was full of mushrooms and a few , I'm that serious! A few pieces of lobster. The server never explained the dishes. He missed understanding drinks, water, never asked how's the food was or check up on us. The food was bad. My friends got duck, it was the most terrible duck. No crust on the skin, the puree taste off. Another friend got paelle. It was very salty. We have to send it back because no one can eat that. The only good thing was halibut. It was tasty. And finally come to the billing, I needed to leave first, so I asked for my bill which should be just my drink and my set menu , plus tips blah blah blah. No they can't do that! The server was 'oh we can't do that. It will be 1 bill and you guys have to figure it out' Seriously! So they ended up evenly splitting the bill. This terrible meal and services came out at $203 including tip. Why do you think you deserve tips if you did almost nothing as a server. Do not go there period.

An absolutely beautiful place for a date or just a good time!! The manager Mr. Choi was the best! He moved us to a warmer table with the heater right beside us despite the restaurant being super busy and fully booked, and gave the service above and beyond 5 stars! Our server was great too, with really good drink recommendations! Loved the whole experience and will definitely be back again soon! đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

A fantastic visit with excellent service and food for a holiday celebration. We visited on Christmas Eve and the winter terrace was completely kitted out for the season. They made a brilliant Vesper and I had a mignonette for oysters that was probably the best I’ve ever had! Special shout-out to our server JR for his superb friendly service and advice! I can’t wait for the summer!

Gorgeous setting and lovely space. Pricey cocktails ($$$) that were tasty but not memorable. You’re paying definitely for the real estate than for actually the food and drinks. Would not recommend having dinner, but stop by for a drink and move on.

I’ve barely ever had any good experiences going to any fine dining restaurants but Reflections is the first one. We went there for brunch and everything was amazing. It is winch a beautiful location with great food and fab service. Food and drinks are expensive but being located in one of the downtown luxury hotels it was expected. I would love to go back for dinner soon again.
