The French vanilla “biebs brew” just tastes like a regular iced coffee, don’t bother getting it, you can’t taste any French vanilla flavor. I was disappointed because the timbiebs are actually very good.

Came here after spending couple hours at the library. Got a small French Vanilla with a shot of Espresso, my fave! And also a egg and cheese english muffin but with croissant instead. The egg was gold, cheese still cold and not melted, croissant soggy. I’m actually not sure if it’s supposed to be cold but I expected a hot breakfast style food. Still tasted good, just cheese and croissant without the egg tasted better though. However the restaurant itself was very dirty, tables not cleaned after customers, especially considering we’re in covid. Staff was a little rude too.

I like this branch, is clean and the service is fast. My donut was delicious and my egg sandwich was perfect. There's always space to sit down and the staff is very friendly.

The food is good. But 2 days in a row i got served by a guy in training, who didn't have anyone to coach him... He could barely speak English, didn't understand a word I was saying, charged every item single not as a meal, didn't understand the concept of a question (like "what drinks do you have? i can only see 'tea, water and coffe on the board'" - he would type in coffe, tea and water and not react to the question")
please hire people who do at least speak English or French

Ordered a sausage biscuit sandwich and they gave me a bacon bagel one instead. I don't know how someone can get it so wrong. Everyone should check their order is correct before leaving the store, unfortunately I found out once I already left.

The worst tim horton ever. I ordered for chai tea lattes, it was cold. When i told them they say machine id broken. Then i asked for regular coffee. They refused to give it to me saying that it will be cold also. Worst tim horton staff ever.

Oldbstaff was amazing (chinese people) they were fast and better but the new staff( students) is so lazy and slow there s always a long cue bcz they arent working fast
