I Like to visit many places but Five Guys was best place I like to eat cheeseburger and my brother order Chocolate milk shake and there staff was very good and there ambience was very good and like to visit on your shop
Five Guys is a Fast Food restaurant, sells Burgers and Fries. There are only two locations in the Great Vancouver area. One is on Robson St. Downtown and another one is in North Vancouver. I always went to Five Guys with my boyfriend before because the burger here is very fresh and tasty. We always ordered Bacon Cheese Burger, Regular French fries, and Pop. The Bacon Cheese Burger is a little bit expensive, but you can order the way you want (You can let them know what ingredients that you want to put on your burger) and the taste is much better than others burger places (McDonald). The fries are salty and have very special flavors. We only ordered regular size of the fries, it turned out very large portions a lot. This place is always very busy around lunch and dinner time. I highly recommend this place.
First off big shout out to foodie Youtuber Dayme Drops' hilarious review of this place that sparked my curiosity in the first place. What to say about Five Guys??? Loved the seasoned fries, them fried potato sticks were on fleek 👌 Next up the choice of AS MANY FREE garnishes for your 🍔 was a foodie revelation for me. Amen 🙏 I went with pickles, grilled onions + mushrooms and ketchup on a bacon cheeseburger base. Which was a food coma in the making. Decor of the place was of a typical burger joint. Go figure. All things considered, definitely one of the better places to get your burger fix on.
P.S. Extra 🍟 in the bag was a nice little bonus. Because I wasn't fat enough already haha
Amazing burgers and the fries were really crispy. I wish that they served the Milkshakes that they have in the US. They have huge portions and the peanuts were a nice addition to the meal.
It's fast food - love the free nuts while you wait and the burgers are good - but is definitely fast food. Chips are different but also good - why a 3.5 - its fast food and you won't want to eat inside the place - very messy.
Had some time before a photo meetup dropped in for a quick bite ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger with a (bit) of every topping and regular fires,got my meal in a lunch bag .🤔there's a bit of weight there was the cup of fries and a😲massive OMG!! burger and a sh*t load of loose fries at the bottom. Hey it's "People vs Food" the burger was a sloppy gooey,messy delicious😋work of ART😂 ate an handful of fries before throwing in the napkin. i would give this a solid 6.5 out of 10. Only one negative complaint 5 Guys doesn't recycle👎🏻😡
We discovered five guys today, we heard about it a while ago but did not have the chance to try it. The burgers are amazing, the large fries are good for two people or more. And the best part the AYCE peanuts. Amazing
The best hamburgers in Downtown area. I love the bacon hamburger, bacon and cheese hamburger, bacon hotdogs, bacon and cheese hotdogs.
The quantity is fantastic and it's worth the money.
The fries are excellent and even the sandwiches are to die for.

A familiar sight was found on Robson Street, that of Five Guys Burgers & Fries (635 Robson Street, Vancouver). My Mother-in-Law actually asked if we could visit Five Guys as no one else would go with her! Um...Sure!. I arrived shortly after noon to for takeout. Surprisingly this downtown Five Guys Burgers & Fries has a decent amount of space with a full kitchen and customer seating area. Along with the traditional decor, is the usual friendly service and free peanuts to consume while you wait for your order.
Yum! This isn't cheap fast food but you can taste the difference.
I had the cheeseburger and small Cajun fries. The burger came with two freshly grilled beef patties which were juicy. You could choose your own toppings from their list so your burger is exactly how you liked it - I chose mustard, bbq sauce, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, relish and lettuce. All ingredients were fresh and worked well together.
The Cajun fries were so addictive I couldn't stop eating them. I liked how the fries were in between McDonalds shoestring and KFC thick cut fries. They were crispy and delicious, fried in peanut oil. An added bonus was that they chucked another load of fries in the takeaway bag for good measure. There's also free peanuts while you wait for your food.
If you're craving for a good burger, this hits the spot.
Straight forward. Nowadays all the corporate joints like mcdonalds and a&w are getting expensive. Combos are coming out to 8 or 9 bucks. You might as well spend that on five guys if your feeling like a burger and fries. They load your bag up with fries and you can literally share them with another person.
Simple and Satisfying. If you want a quick, simple burger downtown this is the place. All toppings are included except for cheese and bacon. Split a regular single fries. Soda is refillable and service was excellent. Busy!

Enjoyable But.... I heard a lot of hype about his place so i dropped in to try it out. The stark lighting is a bit much, but the minimalist red and white theme gives a classic feel.
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was tasty but way too greasy and sloppy compared to what I am used to.
They were exceptionally generous with the fries..even topping off the bag with a final scoop after filling it. For some reason there are peanuts to grab...not really sure where that idea came from :P I enjoyed everything and the staff looked like they were having fun. I'm sure I'll be back sometime, but to be honest, if I'm just looking to grab a greasy burger and some fries I'm more likely to visit McDonald's for a third of the price and far less grease. Pricey for Fast Food. It is Fast Food!. If I had to point out the best feature of Five Guys, it would have to be the toppings selection, next best feature would be that they all do work in a harmonious way with the beef patties cheese and bacon. It is a good burger no doubt! One fact that I just cant get over is the price however... 14 bucks for a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a coke is just "too damn high" I am going to compare this place to fast food burger joints, that being said it is around 4 dollars more for a meal than A&W or Wendys, thats 3 slices of pizza on festive Tuesdays at freshslice!!
Ok, whatever, I am a penny pincher when it comes to regular meals for sustenance, but other options exist in the area that offer a far better value, for example the Warehouse, Factory, and the Moose. I can get a premo burger at the Moose for 6 bucks and a pint for less than my meal at Five Guys. Meh, but still I will like this place because it is a good burger, and the topping options rock.
Tasty burgers and fries!. My boyfriend and I came here for a pre-dinner meal. We ordered a little cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and small fries. The line up was long and we had to wait a bit, but our food made it worth it. It tasted so delicious! The fries they gave were made from real potatoes and they gave us a lot for a small order. I'll definitely go back for their delicious burgers and fries. Yum!

Having watched the fact that they were going to open soon in Vancouver since the end of 2012, I was sure that I'd miss out on having some 5 guys on my holidays in Canada.
Luck was with me as I was in Vancouver on their opening day!
I had the cheese and bacon burger, with onions, mushroom and jalapenos, along with some fries, boy was it good. That youtube review doesn't lie! The fries were crispy, and was full of flavor, the burger was so juicy and the cheese is oozing!
I may have put a little too much on the burger and next time would have it a little simpler.
Definitely better than your average burger place of the same grade.
The servings were huge, and if that isn't enough, you can have the peanuts.
Sometimes you just a need a burger. A meaty, 2 handed, sloppy burger that requires you to have a bottomless amount of napkins on hand. Yesterday was one of those days. I've been itching to try out Five Guys for the longest time because I heard that they're similar to In n' Out. I have yet to try the legend that is In n' Out Burger. Tell me guys, does In n' Out really live up to the hype? Signature Dishes Five Guys prides itself on using fresh ingredients and not freezing any of their food! They use fresh ground beef for their patties and fresh cut potatoes for their french fries! They're famous for their burgers, and aren't shy about announcing it. They have signs on the wall that read "Voted Best Burger" "Perfection in French Fries" "Heaven on a Bun" you get the deal. I really enjoyed Five Guys. Their made to order burgers are clean and fairly delicious. I've been back a couple times since my first visit.
