Nice place to listen jazz music. The food quality was good and reasonable price, and the staffs are kind and fast. Even the inside design and mood was unique and awesome. If you like beer and live music, I highly recommand this pub. I think going with your lover is one of the great option to enjoy this place.

Great little hang out for live music. Located in crosstown area, it is a quaint live music restaurant with pretty good food. I’ve been here twice and really enjoyed the vibe, the music and the dishes. Service was typically pretty good. The dishes were exotic to me and I did enjoy the refreshing flavours of the appetizer dishes I had. Drink selection was sufficient. I don’t recall them charging extra for the live music like some restaurants do. There are two floors for this restaurant and it’s pretty cool to watch the band from the loft area. The only drawback of the restaurant is that there is no area to dance and enjoy the music. The main door entrance opens right into the musicians floor level stage and the traffic flow is a little awkward. However, if you want to hang out and listen to music, this is a great spot. I found the price to be reasonable as well.

I enjoy the live music here and the cocktails are very good. Food is pretty average though, and I've had mixed experiences with it. The chef needs to calm down on the balsamic drizzle on everything. Do order the watermelon salad.

Great place to drink and eat while listening to live music. The restaurant is very casual and awesome to go to with a group of friends. It's a loft style restaurant, so I recommend sitting upstairs away from the loud band if you want more of an intimate setting. All-around good restaurant.

Premium quality cocktails paired with great live entertainment, in a cozy 2 story vintage building. If you're lucky you'll catch Mike Van Eyes playing his insane 50's boogie woogie, Jerry Lee Lewis style of piano smashing (Thurs nights?). Other nights we've seen 2 and 4 piece bands that were tamer but still talented to be sure. The last time we were there, at closing time they baked a batch of fresh chocolate chip cookies. I mean - who does that? THANKS to the owners for this place. See you again soon!

What a place! Amazing atmosphere, very friendly and chatty staff, live music, good food and drinks. The piano night was awesome! Had the best of my time in Vancouver there and definitely will go to Revel Room again when visit the city next time.

The live music is a lot of fun, ample seating with two floors. It’s really loud and it’s hard to hear your company, however if you’re okay with that then it’s a good spot!

A very cool, hip and non pretentious spot in an awesome city. We had our hotel book our reservations and it was packed when we arrived. Great music, great vibe and great staff! Highly recommend!

Front of house staff was rude and abrasive which unfortunately deterred from what would have been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is great and if you have to choose where to sit, sit by the bar. The bar staff is very knowledgable- order a cocktail roulette (choose your alcohol of choice and then let them make you a delicious concoction). Amazing place but just a reminder that the first impression really makes a difference.

Dropped by on Wednesday night to have dinner & listen to the Rocket Revellers. The Revel Room has been on my to-do list for a while now, and after being blown away by the Rocket Revellers' set at the Rickshaw last weekend, it was clearly time to get it done! Turned out to be the perfect choice of both venue and entertainment to celebrate my birthday. Many thanks to Dennis and the rest of the band for such a great show! It may have been our first visit here, but it certainly won't be our last!!
