My husband found this place online while we were in Vancouver. After trying a beautiful vegan place in Montreal, we were excited to try a new place with such high reviews here.
It's tucked in a cozy little spot (though I think they really need to find a larger place to accommodate the following) and feels homey. We quickly learned the vibe of the place by watching other patrons. We paced our orders - beverages first, appetizer next, then dinner. Giving time to appreciate each on their own. We had a mylkshake and a juice - both had quality ingredients and superfoods (though my juice was not the one I ordered, it was still nice). A beautiful stuffed mushroom and stuffed avocado appetizer and vegan burgers for dinner. Everything lovely. We couldn't fit in dessert as we were stuffed.
When finished we went to the counter to pay the bill (we saw everyone else do this, so we aren't sure if they actually bring the bill to you).
Our bill came to $60+, and we left feeling happy about the clean food and healthy impact this place has on its patrons and the environment. We can't wait to try more of their menu. Thank you for raw, vegan, and all the nasty stuff free ingredients you use - keep up the good work.
The best vegan cafe/restaurant to visit in Vancouver, and the only vegan afternoon/high tea in the city. Wonderful place, good services, and excellent healthy and delicious vegan food! Thank you.
You must try this restaurant. It was my first time to visit a vegan restaurant. I am not vegan and love to eat meat. However, this restaurant made me so happy with their beautiful tasty dishes. I will definitely come back to this place soon.
I absolutely loved this place. I honestly wanted to try all the different juices and smoothies on the menu, but when I saw fresh coconut water I had to get it. I wasn't expecting it to be served in the coconut itself, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! It was amazing and one of the staff was even sweet enough to scrape all of the coconut meat out of it after I was done the water so I could eat it as well. (: My friend also really enjoyed her smoothie. We didn't get any food, but I will try some upon returning.
The staff was so great that my friend actually forgot one of her shopping bags in the store, and he chased her down the street once he noticed to return her stuff haha! We were amazed by the kindness of the workers and how generally adorable this place was. Decor was great. The tables were so cute and I even loved the decor in the bathroom enough to take pictures in there haha. Great little place.
Excellent vegan choices. Owned by Ukrainian origin, has a team of 5 chefs in a small place. Has online orders and delivery. They know how prepare the dishes they serve. Very friendly place. Has all combinations of juices smoothies soups desserts main dishes. It was a delight
It is nice is to have an expert when writing, someone knowledgable on the topic to bounce ideas off of, someone to fill in any of the blanks that you may face. I lucked out today with local vegan, and serious writer for the SFU student newspaper’s foodie column. (She is definitely a rarity.) I don’t normally list names, and do warn the friends that I dine with, that I will use all their comments as my resource material, and it will become my intellectual property in my post. But today, my disclaimer must include acknowledgement to a fellow writer, and a serious vegan and food lover, Gemma from SFU’s The Peak.
Homey comfortable and vegan. I would say this is one of the few vegan restaurants in town worth going back to imo. The service is courteous and non offensive to first-timers like my friend when it comes to vegan food. I appreciated how one of the chefs/server came over to greet us and cared to offer dish by dish explanations of the table. The food. Ya its made with care and precision the hummus and raw burger were great especially.
The place was a bit difficult to find (down the stairs, not the tattoo shop lol), but I got here eventually. I liked this place; their smoothies taste fresh, and it's diet conscious. I got Zucchini noodles, which were pretty on point. Service is also friendly and accommodating.
I LOVE Indigo!!! Everything is excellent! I like the pizzas and the Portobello burger and all the soups and all the desserts but the appetizers are good too... For me this is the best restaurant in Vancouver, maybe even the world!! Yum!!!!
Would Come Again!. Their service is a little slow, but their food is taste great and is healthy. Would come again.
Amazing!. Everyone at our table was impressed. Carrot ginger soup, cabbage rolls and raw pizza were amazing!
Visited a few days ago. Their raw key lime pie is to die for! It tastes so refreshing and you wouldn't be able to guess that it's a healthier version.
