My diet is veggie + gluten free based. Still can't believe I never heard of this restaurant until I found it on google today. Called them a couple times to make sure they offer gluten free options and no one picked up the phone, so I decided to show up and give it try. The girl told me everything is gluten free here (Wow). Ordered a bowl and a soup!! They are amazing!! Will definitely come here more often now!! Good job guys! Keep up the good vibe!

Got the Green Curry Chicken Bowl. It was loaded with Chicken, potatos, rice, onion, zucchini, green onion, cilantro, yams, bay leaf, and mixed greens. The level of spice was perfect for me. It might be a bit too spicy for some people though.

Very tasty but mostly healthy food eatery. They have clean bathrooms and a clean layout. Not large enough for big groups but small lunch time gatherings or wish votes with friends. Even their entrees are served in under seven minutes. They also have a pick up and go selection of sandwiches and fruit. The curries are delicious. Parking is very limited and they are not super close to transit. Still a great place to have as non fast food place.

I am a fan of SMAK. They are doing everything possible to leave the smallest footprint, 100 percent recycling, 100 percent gluten-free, great, fresh meals. Lots of healthy and prepped smoothies, salads to go and even desserts. I love the green curry bowl...tender brown rice, crisp salad and lots and lots of Thai chicken curry. Delicious! Plus the chocolate-peanut butter cookies. So good. It's a place to feel good because you are a part of positive change. Go, go.

Healthy meals are the norm here. You can’t go wrong with the meals and drinks offered. A great place to start your day - specially if you plan to hike in Stanley Park. The staff is friendly and the food tastes 👍.

I had the green curry chicken bowl. It was very spicy, and I’m a person who doesn’t mind spicy food. My nose was running like crazy. I liked that it came with brown rice and a decent amount of meat. There were a few more potatoes than I’d have liked and I wish they would have toned down the spiciness because the flavours were otherwise good. A tad on the expensive side for what you get, but tastes healthy and good that it’s gluten free.

Interesting little find in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. A cafeteria style place with simple decor. Definitely caters for people who need dairy-free or gluten-free options. Food is fresh, tasty and delicious. Definitely a must if you in the area.
