For a cooking novice like me, the experience was still amazing. Takashi was a great instructor and if he could make me complete a 3-course meal then he must be good. I definitely want to come back!

Just when I thought I knew what I was doing in the kitchen, I attended the Dirty Apron's Creme de la Creme French Cuisine class on February 3rd. Chef Robert was very detailed, funny, and provided excellent tips and personal advice that will last me a lifetime. The kitchen assistants were meticulous and supportive. The hostess staff were attentive. The kitchen was fully stocked and they clearly know how to pull off a full class as every detail was planned out and ready. The food was mouth watering, scrumptious and ridiculously easy. I learned how to properly temper eggs with hot cream along with so many other tips. I would recommend this to couples, to businesses looking for a team building or just to learn something new. I cannot wait to go back and do it again.

We did the brunch class and it was fabulous. You definitely feel like you are in a culinary school following along with the instructor after their demonstration and they really let you learn. It is extremely hands on and you get to sit an enjoy each course as you make it with a delicious wine pairing. Awesome instructor, great service, very clean and organized. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun family (mature family) event, team building activity or a date!

It was a Christmas present from my Sweety but after the class I had last night “Cin Cin” I will be signing up for others. I highly recommend purchasing this as a gift for someone who doesn’t want “things” only great memories💕 a perfect choice...!

I had a great time and reignited my love for cooking. The food was fantastic and I must admit, it was really, really nice to have someone else measuring out the ingredients and cleaning up after me, too. I wish I was this spoiled at home!

The Dirty Apron did an excellent job with the BC Dine & Vine Wine Pairings. My sister-in-law and I have been attending the cooking classes from the beginning, this being our 5th, I think, and each class just seems to get better! Chef David Robertson is professional, personable and full of very helpful tips. And has a good memory - Thanks for remembering us! The support staff is also outstanding! Thank you all for another memorable evening!!

Not at all pretentious. Warm and inviting. Projects quality, and you can see that the staff enjoy being there, engaging customers and their vendor partners. The sandwiches in the deli are great, very fresh.

This was my third class at Dirty Apron and as always, it did not disappoint. Even though I'm not vegan, I took the vegan class and learned a lot and am excited to try different spins on the recipes. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are treated to phenomenal customer service as you prepare for the class. The demonstrations for each course are thorough and informative, and there are always great cooking tips interspersed throughout. The cooking stations are always well prepared and very clean. After each course, you get to enjoy your food in the dining area, which always has a great atmosphere. Each dish is packed with flavour and has a good mix of texture. Although the classes are a bit more expensive than some others, they are worth every penny (or every nickel since we no longer have pennies...). Thanks Dirty Apron for another wonderful evening- I'm already excited for my next class!

My husband and I attended our first cooking class yesterday at The Dirty Apron. The whole experience was simply fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed both the cooking and the foods. The place is very cosy and the staff there are polite and friendly. The chef/owner David is a very good teacher showing us not only how to prepare and cook the three seafood dishes but also tips here and there which we find very helpful.

Attended the vegan cooking class on May 2nd 2022, and had a wonderful time!! It was my first time trying out the cooking class from a gift voucher from a friend, and I can safely say it did not disappoint! From start to finish, the whole experience was so much fun and all the service from the staff was excellent. We started in the dining room with a complimentary welcome drink on arrival then was given a run through of how the evening would go. We then started the exciting part of watching how to make each course, and then going to our stations and preparing it to best of our abilities! David the head chef was a brilliant teacher, and explained everything is great detail. We then went back to the dining room to enjoy each course we had made - alongside a complimentary drink which I thought was a lovely touch. The whole environment was decorated really nice, and made for a great atmosphere whilst enjoying delicious food. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to give as a gift to a food or cooking lover! Or to just try out for yourself :)

I had heard so much of The Dirty Apron and finally got to experience it first hand 3 weeks ago. It was a lovely evening, filled with new knowledge, fun, delicious food and great company. Who knew fresh handmade ravioli was so simple!? Purchased two aprons upon our departure. Would love to come back again. Thank you to our chef who was fantastic :)

Came back hooked LOVING the entire experience after the Vibrant Vegan Cooking Class for two, a truly unique, awesome and flawless experience and a night ill never forget, thank you!! Our chef and instructor, David Robertson was phenomenal.. super nice dude, extremely creative, innovative and inspiring. The menu was fantastic, really quirky consisting of four bold and beautiful dishes from starter to dessert, my favorite was the Quinoa Buddha Bowl. The joint itself is spectacular, a real homey and comforting vibe with incredible decor down to every finishing touch whilst also using many sustainable and eco friendly adaptations to saving food waste and single use plastics. The guiding, teaching and meals to follow were well instructed in a nicely presented manner, simple to follow yet changed my perception towards cooking and being innovative with ingredients, methods and temperatures of cooking. I learnt a ton from this class and cannot wait to get cooking like a pro. Make sure you save room in that belly as it's worth fitting in every last spoonful! Holy crumb, words cannot describe how yummy this food is, you have to see it to believe it trust me! Support local businesses!

Great choice for a catered lunch where you want each guest to have their individual selections pre-packaged. The lunch box came with one of 6 different baguette sandwiches, a side salad (4 options), a cookie (Macaroon, Oatmeal Raisin or Magical Triple Chocolate) and a San Pellegrino can. Each box was labelled so distribution was easy & our guests were impressed. They offer meat-free and gluten-free options too. Anoush was super patient and accommodating as we organized payment and confirmed our order, all in less than a week.
