Loved my experience at Sandbar
When I visited a few days ago, it felt definitely different from last time I was here. I felt the place was a lot more cleaner, cozier than before. Folks were very friendly and approachable and was able to throw some good suggestions for our group.

Big restaurant with different settings. Our server was Doug and he was super nice, always checking on us and giving us status of our food. Kudos to Doug!
I recommend you make a reservation online as the place is busy and in high demand.

Saw the reviews and wanted fresh seafood. The service was great, but can't say the same for the food. I ordered clam chowder and seared tuna. The clam chowder was good, filled with lots of clams. The tuna, however was tasteless. I added the salsa and salt, but actually that was all I tasted. I spoke
“Are steaks really my favourite food?” I asked myself after having the sablefish here. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The server was fun and respectful, and the views on the patio were to die for. On the pricier side, but you already know that. Would come back here to try their seafood boil.

Side note: if you are a fan of the traditional gnocchi I am not sure you will like their gbochhi (see photos, looks like salad).
