Found Shizenya on Yelp and we came to here for breakfast because of the review and the price. The price turned out to be not much cheaper than other restaurants, but their ingredients seem healthy. Might have been my choice of order, but the food was not good. It had no flavour, good nor bad. Meat quality was good but the dish was basic and a waste of money I chose the braised chicken with rice. I thought it would be like Oyaku Don (or a not deep Fried Chicken Kutsu Don).

I really like that most of the items on the menu are organic. Good was delicious and the service was great. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

As a vegan, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The yam tempura rolls and the pumpkin dessert is life changing. The miso udon is a little sweet but very flavourful. Really loved this place and hope to come back if I visit Vancouver again!

Great quality ingredients and nice service, but the food was quite bland. I was really disappointed with the beef udon, and spicy salmon roll that I had. There was nothing spicy about that salmon!!!!
