Review Cora Breakfast & Lunch - Vancouver

This is one of my favorite restaurants to have breakfast in Downtown because they have so many options that combine sweet and savory flavors 😋 That way you can have it all in one plate ☝🏻. Plus, Cora’s is one of those places where no matter what you order, you know it’s gonna taste great! The service is also good and the staff very friendly. Bonus points: The waiting time is not bad compared to other breakfast restaurants in downtown.

We ordered the apple89, Theos skillet and the hot chocolate for for our breakfast trip. While we had to wait a tad bit longer, the food was pretty good, similar to many other breakfast places we have eaten at. The hot chocolate was really good and the potatoes in the skilled were done very well. Overall a good breakfast place.

Service was excellent as well as the food! We beat the Sunday brunch rush and were able to get a beautiful patio table right away. Good food and a good value. We’ll be back!

Perfect place to start the day with delicious breakfast , menu is just full of options so consider spend around 10 minutes trying to decide which amazing dish you’re going to order. Great attention of every member. I really recommend this place.

Wonderful spot for breakfast! The price was surprisingly affordable for the service, quality of food, and creativity of food. Would highly recommend the Benedicts and the Crepomelette. This was the first crepomelette I've ever had, and they certainly did a wonderful job with the texture of the eggs. Would highly recommend, especially before a walk around Stanley Park!

We were at Cora’s twice for breakfast and each time the staff was amazing. The fruit was really fresh, the coffee was good and the breakfasts were delicious. I would highly recommend Cora’s for breakfast.

Been to Cora many times and the quality is mostly the same! 📌 Located at the heart of downtown, Cora is a good choice to eat breakfast & brunch up to 3PM. ✅ On weekends you might need to wait for 15 to 30 minutes. Patio is always a good option to enjoy better. 🤵‍♀️ The staff is always nice and take care of everything properly. 🥪 If you like sandwich-like breakfast or brunch, try Franky (The Club), Tuna Melt, or Chicken Melt. 🥘 If you are an omelette-lover, you can have Theo’s (veggie) or Gigi (egg white). 🍳Sweet’n Salty ones are exciting options as you can have eggs, crepe, or pancake altogether depending on your order. “Louis the Undecided” is a good option. ☕️ The coffee is of average quality & don’t expect something different. Enjoy!👌

Friendly and nice service. The food was on point especially the veggie burrito! I admire how their menu has a variety of options and considering all type of people (vegetarian, gluten-free,..etc) I have tried Cora’s in other provinces, this one is the highest quality so far.

Disgusting food and customer service! Our server was a grey haired woman named Susan as she was very rude and unpleasant. We discovered a nasty curly hair in our omelette that instantly made all of us lose our appetites. We politely let our server know this but she just took our plate without apology. To make things worse, she didn't waive the item from our bill and condescendingly told us that she took it back to the kitchen but they "didn't see it". I highly recommend you to avoid Cora at all costs unless you want overpriced, unhygienic food with awful service!

Like to try out new places for breakfast especially those that come with good recommendations. Cora's does come with a good reputation and did not let us down. A friendly greeting at the door and shown straight to our table. By the time we left there was a queue but it was moving pretty fast so don't be put off. The menu is very extensive so don't be afraid to ask waitresses for some help as to what is best to have. Coffee was served with orange juice whilst we decided on what to have. My wife went for the fruit bowl which is a work of art in itself and well worth ordering. Take a picture as fridnds and family will never believe you when you try and explain what you had. I had the 1995 breakfast which is enough to keep you going to mid aftenoon. The staff were lovely and very chatty which is a good sign. Do try out this eatery for breakfast.

Ordered their Spinach and Cheddar Omelette. It came with multigrain toast, roasted (??) potatoes on the side and lots of fruit. Too heavy and filling but got a good sleep after! Thanks to the very generous portion.

Standard breakfast place - a bit better than IHOP and Denny's by being less greasy. Cora's Special and Rosemary's Sunday was good. We went at around 12:30pm on a Saturday and there wasn't much of a wait.

Not very impressive

A sunny Saturday morning - a table for 2 : Ordered a Cora's special
- 2 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, a pancake and roasted potatoes served with my choice of toast; Smoked salmon
Poached eggs on an English muffin covered with hollandaise sauce served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit; a café latte & a fruit cocktail.

Everything was ok but not very impressive compared to the price. The toast was not fresh enough.

It was not a super busy morning but still had to wait for a while to pay my bill.

Environment was ok but I would expect it to be a bit cleaner as a whole.

I ordered a $15 breakfast at the Robson street location. They loaded up my plate with hash browns and toast, and hid the eggs underneath. I make my own eggs all the time, so I know what a 2 egg breakfast is supposed to look like. They barely gave me 1 egg's worth of scrambled eggs. I am not exaggerating either. I should have taken a picture, but I didn't think about it and was just upset in the moment.! They tried to hide the amount, or lack of, eggs too! Also, I received the teeny tiniest strips of bacon I have also ever seen at a breakfast restaurant, from what must have been a miniature pig. Their business model must be to give you hardly any portion of the stuff that costs them money, but they fill your plate wit the cheap stuff like hash browns, pancakes, and toast. A true ripoff aimed at catching tourists one time!

The food took well over 30 minutes to come and my order came incorrectly. Food is food, so I really don't mind any minor mistakes. However, the potato wedges were burnt to a black crisp. I don't know how they can serve burnt food to customers.

It was hard to find our server at the end when we were ready to pay. At least two other staff members tried to find the server for us but failed to do so. It was basically a game of cat and mouse. After waiting awkwardly for some time, one of the staff members was able to help me out. I left the establishment feeling pretty crappy.
