LOVE!! I came here a few months ago visiting Vancouver and the food was to die for! I highly recommend the crushed herb salmon and the seared salmon sushi, they were phenomenal. The tacos and fries were OK, kinda dry though. However the most important aspect of this place was the VIBES! Loud music, people chattering, lit service and awesome all around. Definitely going to be going back!

This Joey’s was very accommodating. We walked in and they had spaces available for myself and my 2 friends. Our meal was nice. I had a problem with the glass and water I was served - there was something in it. Apart from that it was an okay experience.

It was girls day brunch...we hung out for, say, 5 hours..? The reason? Catching up of course but happy hour is from 2 till 5pm and with great food as well it's the perfect place to reconnect!! We also like the large booths so we can all sit together. Underground Parking is available call for directions. Bon appetite!

Went for happy hour and was actually impressed with the dumplings and lettuce wrap. Highly recommend. I did not expect them to do Asian food so well. Sliders were typical.

A nice spot to have some food before a show. It’s a close enough walk to the main areas where you can catch a concert or gig of sorts.
The hosts were very nice and always checked up on us, even when it was as busy as it gets.
The food came out in great time and any issues we had were pointed out by our host and dealt with immediately.
Could not have been happier to have a good meal and drinks with friends.
Would recommend and will return in the future.

Joey's is great. Usually grab the Beef Dip for lunch but hit the burger this time with an order of Truffle Fries. Always great food. Service is good here but if you wear a suit or look like you got money, a flirty server will garnish you their attention. ;)

Joey’s BBQ Salmon with brown rice is dreamy
A very magical sauce, which the adequate sweetness of it mixed with the Smokey smell and taste of the perfectly made fresh salmon was such a great combination.
The slice of salmon that was picked was great, too. It wasn’t too thick to overcome the sauce’s taste and not too thin to have just the rice to finish up the plate.
The ratio of the seasoned freshly and finely cut vegetables, well cooked and tasty brown rice and the almighty salmon was great.
All the ingredients were merged so delicately and balanced. I can keep on writing about the details of it but, I’d leave the rest that you will experience it in person.

We went to Joey on Tuesday night after movie . Our experience was amazing starting from entering the restaurant, food , service and ambience . . We tried butter chicken , sushi and some appetizers . Everything was delicious and will definitely go back

Absolutely wonderful place to eat! Our dinner was perfect! The server was very handsome and absolutely give us more attention 😳😳, don't know why, but customer service was the best and greatest! Had to wait about 20 minutes but the waitress kept coming back asking if we were okay, absolutely stunning and outstanding service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Woke up feeling like a deflated balloon physically and emotionally. 😔 So I went out for lunch to treat myself a fancy delicious paella at Joey's. It's very flavorful with decent amount of chicken, chorizo and prawns, not overly salty. Texture of rice is just right, and the crispy crunchy rice at the bottom of the pan gives the dish an extra oomph. When I asked for the bill, the server insisted lunch is on him! I asked why, and he just gave me a very friendly smile. 😊 What a pleasant surprise that brightens up my day! ☀️ Thank you Brad (I believe that's my server's name) at Joey's on Burrard!

Went for drinks on a sunny afternoon (Sept16/430pm). Hostess was awesome and cleaned a table for us herself and sat us immediately on the patio. She had a great smile and friendly attitude. It was half a house so not to busy. Our Aussie waitress was great (sorry I missed your name). Took good care of us! We order 3 rounds drinks 2 rounds brought to us by the runners and went to the wrong table twice. And then ordered the happy hour sushi roll and the lettuce wraps (which were very tasty) but again the runner wanted to deliver them to the table next door. Assumed the tables had been moved around to accommodate a bigger group and confused the runners. Outside of that it was a good afternoon Joey's on the patio! :)

My girlfriend and I frequent this location - last night being the most recent visit. Once again, service was perfect.
