The Rock Cod - Vancouver Island - Photo album

Stopped there after going for a 5 hr hike. We needed some food and a drink. The cocktails were delicious. I had an empress gin and soda, and my friend had the empress gin sour . The burger was so juicy and tasty. The fries were perfectly cooked . They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the insi
Great place for a post-hike pick-me-up! I had the house burger with the seafood chowder. The burger was a good burger, but the chowder was absolutely perfect for a cold drizzly day! I felt so much better after having the soup. A friend splurged on a liquid lunch and got the Coast to Coast Caesar. I
This was a great stop for lunch before exploring Cowichan. We enjoyed the Crab Melt with a fantastic side salad and the Cow Club with the tomato soup. All very good and perfect proportions. Photos from our window table had the most excellent view then we walked out the dock for a shot of the hotel/r
Good meal in a lovely setting. Awesome view of Cowichan Bay. I had ribs, good amount and tasty. Came with a great side of vegetables. Hen & Hog burger was very good as well. Lots of nice drinks on the menu.
Sweet spot with a gorgeous view of the Cowichan Bay marina. Food was tasty and fresh - we had the Surf N Surf and Masala Bowl. Our table wasn't very clean though, and still had left over food bits on the chair and floor from the guests before.
We enjoyed lunch at the Cow Cafe today. It was super cloudy but the views were still beautiful. The hostess was friendly amd we were seated quickly. Our server was prompt and attentive and friendly as well. My husband had a hamburger and I had the chicken and prawn fajita bowl. Both were fresh
Great service very friendly staff and awesome meals with great quality and variety
A must stop place to go to on the island for Ceasar lovers. Coast 2 coast was our favorite which included a wonderfully cooked lobster tail. The seafood chowder was well liked at our table, so was the fish and chips, and scallops and pork belly
