Thatch Pub - Vancouver Island - Photo album

A legend among local pubs, the thatch is the best place for the perfect combo of beer pub food pool and live music all whilst sitting at the edge of the ocean on a magic Island. Jonah Wiig playing trombone.
Super convenient location and delicious food. We ordered seafood chowder and coconut shrimps. Fresh, yummy, gorgeous views. 10/10, would try again.
Good food cold beer and cute friendly waitresses my kinda place! Thanks ladies I enjoyed my time under the vines.
dangerously delicious ciders, good food, very chill place to hangout - there is a pool table available! highly recommend the calamari
We've been twice this summer by boat and ordered take out(Pandemic!) . I had the Halibut burger the first time, and then the fish and chips, both were quite good. It's pub food, but done well and if you hit it on a sunny day you can't really ask for anything better. Beautiful setting, friendly folk
It's a nice enough pub and the menu is fine but they share the kitchen with another business and failed to come up with my food before the ferry arrived. More than half an hour! Bar man was excellent. Waitress was less than excellent. I had to light a fire under her to get my food to go.
Ordered their mussels and halibut burger to go but their food still taste amazing!
Food and service is far, far slower than you can imagine. If you are in the ferry line infront of this place you do NOT have enough time to order food. You need 2+ sailing waits to have enough time. Plan on spending 2 hours here for lunch. Food is decent when it arrives but takes about 60 minutes fr
