Review Boston Pizza - Vancouver Island

They have quite good pasta. The wait time is reasonable. Easy to get a table any time. Service was just okay. We asked for some parmesan cheese and chili flake when the foods were served but our waitress forgot about them. She came back after awhile to ask if everything is okay and realized she didn’t bring those for us.

Everytime the staff are very child friendly. My kids love going there because the atmosphere is calm cool and collected.

The BOSTON PIZZA Hillside Location should receive and award for being the best BOSTON PIZZA in the entire world. Seriously! When I am feeling like going to my favorite Canadian multinational restaurant chain that owns and franchises locations in Canada, the United States and Mexico, I just gotta go to my favorite one here on HILLSIDE AVENUE. I make the commute from Duncan British Columbia to this location every weekend just to be greeted by my favorite hosts, servers, and chefs. The staff (like Sophie for example) always make me feel like royalty here and treat me with the highest level of respect possible. The food is to die for. The drinks, refreshing AND ice cold. And when I feel like pigging out and spoiling myself I get a delicious dessert, and make even a second entre! What I'm trying to say is... when I walk into BOSTON PIZZA HILLSIDE... I am home. These are more than service industry employees. Theyre friends, family, real people who show compassion and respect for their fellow man. I hope I spend my last days on earth here. Food tastes great! Had a picnic with some family in a park and wanted to do pizza. The food was very tasty. The service was nice, and they meet our demands well. Could explain their portion sizes better because it was quite expensive, but we ended up eating most of our food.

Went there a few weeks ago with my bubble for a drink and snacks after a long week! We were served by Sophie and she was AMAZING!! I've never had a more attentive server even though she was super busy. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I was super impressed. We will definitely be going back to this location!!

We have eaten at many Boston Pizza locations across the country, and this was one of the best. We were seated quickly, the server was attentive to our needs, the food came quickly, and the portion sizes for the kids meals were enormous compared to what we are used to at other locations! It's not often that the kids turn down a free desert because they ate too much dinner.

Although I think it’s a great place, I think it’s more of a 4.5 stars. The service was very good, there is a very nice and friendly waiter named Sophie. She’s very kind and interactive. The speed of service was decent. The best features were the price and taste. My son really enjoyed the BMV burger and my eldest one also enjoyed his meal both loved the food.The only small complain Is the portion size for the yam fries, they’re quite small but it’s definitely overall a very good experience

It is 5 stars now there was a glitch somehow when I first posted, I reported it already. My fat fingers on the small screen and then I tried to edit it but it wouldn't work. We enjoyed the food and great friendly Service by the way. Oh and by the way I hope you got your Open signs working now, it's dark when you pass by even though you have paper open signs on the windows, we didn't think you were open until we got close enough to the windows and saw people inside.

Best Beef and Onion pizza on earth. 10" thin crust is perfect!

I really enjoy Boston Pizzas menu for the most part. The food is pretty tasty and when I order the same thing weeks apart it tastes the same, whoch is always nice. I know what to expect, I know its good, I know I'll be satisfied!! Boston Pizza is just so pricey, so its not something I can enjoy all the time. Id rate 5 stars if there was a value menu !
