As always this is a great hub away from the hustle of downtown. Most amenities are near. It's busy! A slower pace but busy. This Thriftys has a great selection to satisfy a variety of tastes. Stop in and see for yourself! You'll be glad you did.

The Broadmead Village Shopping Centre is tucked away in the south east corner of the Pat Bay Road and Royal Oak intersection. It is north of Victoria and a part of Saanich.
Despite having a close and intimate feel, this shopping centre has a good range of retailers including Thrifty Foods, Canadian Tire, Marks, BCAA, CIBC, RBC, Coast Capital, BC Liquor, Starbucks, several restaurants and a veterinary service.

Very large place, tons of businesses. Kept very tidy with a huge parking lot. Can get crowded while driving threw at peak times. Other than that. I would recommend checking it out.

Love Country Grocer. Great deals often. Super bakery choices and often find reduced managers markdown items. Fresh produce. Always find deals on cheese. Best bread around in my opinion. Super Fresh!!

Not only do I work in the village it gives you most of your needs in one area from groceries, banking, car insurance, dress clothing, casual and work clothing including construction type clothing and shoe wear, restaurants, liquor store, kitchen store, hardware and everything home, car repair you name it it's all here including a timeless toy store to find unique toys.
