Convenient area to do some shopping for mostly everything you need. The parking lot is a bit of a jam but patience helps here.
My Daughter and I visited, it covers a large area.
Lots of parking, well thought out pathways, the ambience of the fireplace outdoor, such a surprise.

First time here and really love it and have lots of options from starbucks, toys, food, groceries, sports store. Parking lots might be busy but don’t worry they always have spot.

Everything you need in one central location. The grounds are well-maintained and there’s usually parking. Tons of stores to choose from.
My father resided here on a temporary basis for several months and during his entire stay there wasn't a single day that went by without him praising the care he received and the food that was served during his stay.

As always this is a great hub away from the hustle of downtown. Most amenities are near. It's busy! A slower pace but busy. This Thriftys has a great selection to satisfy a variety of tastes. Stop in and see for yourself! You'll be glad you did.

The Broadmead Village Shopping Centre is tucked away in the south east corner of the Pat Bay Road and Royal Oak intersection. It is north of Victoria and a part of Saanich.

Very large place, tons of businesses. Kept very tidy with a huge parking lot. Can get crowded while driving threw at peak times. Other than that. I would recommend checking it out.
I love broadmead but sometimes parking is not the greatest can be hard to get in there on certain busy times a day
Love Country Grocer. Great deals often. Super bakery choices and often find reduced managers markdown items. Fresh produce. Always find deals on cheese. Best bread around in my opinion. Super Fresh!!
