Stopped in as I had a burger craving and this was convenient. It was everything I needed and I definitely look forward to coming back. The ladies working were very nice and despite being busy on a Friday before close, my food came warm and delicious! I wanted to maybe complain about the lack of salt on the fries but ended up finishing my portion anyways. Great experience, lovely workers. If you're upset about the wait, welcome to the food service industry. ;)

I actually enjoy Johnny Rockets for a burger and shake. I had the chipotle burger and a green tea shake. The burger was tasty, and was not a long wait at all. The green tea shake was delicious, I really enjoyed the taste and they had it ready as I sat down. Clean venue and very friendly staff. Would recommend this place for a quick bite.

Our family went to the Bay Centre to pick up some gift cards and stopped by Johnny Rockets to pick up dinner. We had quite a big order with different sides and drinks. We were very happy that the server had everything organized and all our orders came correct and well made. Will definitely visit again!

Amazing! It was like a WhiteSpot burger but better. Very fresh. Buttery bun. Good homecut fries. Fresh beef. Combo only costed $12ish. Small fries are huge. Very impressed. Will be back. If you choose other fast food over this you have bad taste and no sense. Also, the service was stellar.

Friendly staff, convenient location for people working downtown. Chicken strips are excellent but the fries are a bit bland. The milkshakes are a bit pricey for the size you get, but are delicious and thick. Long wait for the order but that's because they cook it when you order. Nothing sitting in a warming tray! Bonus! Love that they use recyclable containers and takeout bags. Will definitely be going back.

Although on the high side price wise, the food is tasty. A friend and I decided to stop in and eat something one evening because of the easy access from the mall. We were pleased with the service of the staff and the speed. It was really nice when we went back a second time and the cashier recognized us and acknowledged that she did remember us. My only real complaint is the cost. Otherwise, all is good.

The wait to get the food is a bit slow, but in the end the food is definitely worth it. Still a it on the pricy side but the bacon is sliced thick and the Burger's are Juicy.
Don't eat there everyday though. You'll notice your gut to get bigger and your pockets get smaller. It's a good treat ever now and then. The chipotle burger is one I definitely recommend!

I thought that the experience was great . I was greeted when I walked in. My food was brought to me right when I was told it would be. The food was delicious. And I was thanked again for coming in. Great service experience and value. $ 10.49 after tax for my meal. Included a burger, heap of fries and a fountain drink. Great job to all of the staff!

The service was very nice. Staff was very attentions to our requests. They arranged the dine-in well, so social-distance was respected. The burgers were nice, I tried the BBQ Honey mustard.

The burgers taste good and when they come out in the trays they actually look like the pictures. The milkshakes also taste very good.
Fries are nothing special. They're basically McCain fries. I think I saw the onion rings being loaded into the deep fryer from a McCains box.
Overall, you can certainly get a better burger and fries elsewhere in the city, but you're going to pay a lot more. Johnny Rockets tastes good, is a good value, and you can get a full meal for about $10.
