Best breakfast I’ve had in months. I got the scrambler omelet -amazing mushrooms and buttered toast. I highly suggest it for anyone on Texada Island. Save room for a delicious milk shake! Very nice owner! Best all day breakfast ever. I loved that they were the only restaurant selling potato chips or fries as sides! 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩😍

Good food. I came there with my son on bicycles and we devoured couple cheeseburgers with fries. Delicious! Friendly staff, nice place.

George is such a sweetheart! Jerry too. They treat you like you're a part of their family. There's not a lot to do in Van Anda, so you really feel the islander way of life here. It's quirky and has a lot of character. George says that the secret to her good food is Sarcasm and Love😅 I would highly recommend this place if youre a big fan of hashbrowns! Great prices in comparison to the Lower Mainland

Very nostalgic, tables and chairs from the 50's, lots of stuff from the past to look at, very homey. Really enjoyed the fish and chips. Checked for our vaccine passports.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Mary Mary Cafe. Was recommended by Wanda at the gas station. Cutest, coziest little place to escape the rain. Dad said it was “Best omelette I’ve ever had.” Got a little teary eating at the gray and white retro table, that was just like my Grandma’s. Definitely pop in for some great comfort food and friendly conversation. Kitschy, nostalgia perfection! Will definitely be back.
