Service is horrible. They stop making chicken like an hour before closing. Won’t answer their phones. Food is bad. Anywhere else is better to eat than here.
It’s a hit and a miss. I’ve been there and got fresh chicken n other times it’s been not great but it’s better than any other kfc in town that’s for sure
Food was good and staff was friendly. This restaurant is very dated reminds me of the 80s when I was a kid.
All dried up chicken ..just reheated ...not etable . Very bad ..not recomended ...no wonder parking lot always empty...they cut the pieces of white meat off and serve it as a whole piece in the bucket
If it weren't for the reliable, prompt, lovely and beautiful soul of a lady Mrs.King, I'd have gave it 2 stars.
Not the best. Chicken did taste good but portions were very small. Returned only to be given the same portion. Fries tasted like old oil. Staff not friendly. Felt like i wasted my money. Please work on customer service and customer experience.
Brother used to work here and gave us the extra chicken and stuff for free every night, got sick of it. But it was good at first so it's ok. Came here 3 times during open hours and doors were locked, idk why.
App doesn't work for the valley, website won't let you order and pick up...and staff doesn't seem to care as this been an ongoing issue for over 4 months
