Review Mcdonald's - Upper Tantallon

Awful. Forgot my pop, which was fine but forgot a burger patty on my big mac. Smoke less weed before you go to work... It's not the only example. I got more. Care to hear about them? Here's another: now serving half poutines for full price.

This location seems to always underfill the fries. We often order medium fries and all other locations give you significantly more. They also seem to intentionally place the coffee order sticker right over the frequent buyer sticker (it happens so consistently that it can't possibly be accidental). I know we can choose not to go here or go to a different location but it's convenient. I also recognize the challenges in staff hiring and retention but this particular location also seems to have the most unpleasant staff, which would be down to management.

Burgers are put together so sloppy. Fries are never full or place in the bag on there side. Some of the Staff just doesn't seem to care. Doesn't matter what you do for work but take some pride in what you do. Do better!

Since this McDonalds opened , the only consistency I have seen is getting them getting the orders wrong , just about every single time at the drive thru. My daughter and I have a rule , we don’t leave the drive thru until we verify that we have the order correct. There is no need, take a second , verify , check it over . Tonight after spending 38$ , no fries, no sauce , no straw . Not a big deal but , just get it right . By the time I get back to Chester , it is too late.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, and I used to Goto this location all the time . But now it’s just filled with kids who don’t care they just throw your food tg with no care at all. Always messing up my orders and is one of the only locations in NS that isn’t 24/7. Whoever owns this franchise needs todo better I used to work at McDonald’s for two years so I know how easy it is todo things right in there

One of the worst mcdonalds in the province, our experience today is consistent with the abundance of negative reviews on here for this particular mcdonalds. Missing food from order, unfriendly staff, slow service. Clearly the result of poor management. Drive right past this one and find somewhere else to eat.

Mcchicken was very gritty. Coca Cola was very off tasting. Otherwise clean location.

Busy spot. It was eat in and the burger we got was like DYI all spreaded in the paper bag
