Woman who helped me was miserable. Terrible customer service. The tea latte was not hot enough. It’s unfortunate as this was my first time to Ucluelet, not the best first impression. I would have spent a lot more money had she been nicer.

Didn’t take pictures of the drinks because they went to fast, both tea lattes were the best we’ve had. Well worth a stop. Awesome tea and snacks.

We were looking for a refreshing drink this afternoon and so glad we popped into Thay Tea! The ladies were friendly and helpful explaining the bubble tea options. I had the blackberry hibiscus (I think) iced tea with lychee jelly and it is was fantastic. Husband enjoyed his mint chocolate smoothie.

Great little tea shop, friendly staff, delicious tea options. If you like loose tea, this is the place to stop by. They have a large selection of teas and accessories. I got to try a new type of bubble tea, love how the bubbles pop then you get a little burst of flavour.
