Review Annie's Harbour Restaurant - Twillingate

Charming, popular restaurant in Twillingate. They were busy so they gave us a buzzer and directed us to the very scenic seaside Wharf bar, then back to Annie's for dinner. Good menu with lots of interesting choices. Fast service, food was out promptly and very tasty. We had Fish Tacos and the Shrimp & Scallops, both were excellent. Highly recommended!

Their wait times can be a hassle because they're so popular. We went for breakfast as soon as they opened. Food was affordable for the area and good. Service is good. Their tautons aren't the greatest but their fishcakes are good . Coffee is also good.

I am visiting from Toronto and my MIL took us here for a late lunch today. Me, being brought up by the sea by the Pacific ocean, ordered the lobster. It is, by far, the best and freshest lobster I've ever had! I was sent to lobster heaven! The ladies who served us were lovely as well! If I live around here, I'd eat this lobster with the rice as well, everyday! The moose burgers were absolute bomb too! And I cannot get over how beautiful the place and the view was! Definitely a great experience!

Shrimp and scallop dinner for $23 was delicious. $2 extra for sweet potato fries. We had a nice dinner on the patio overlooking the ocean.

Fantastic little spot for dinner. Had the seafood platter, moose mess and calamari and all was very impressive. Gorgeous harbour views and friendly quick service.

We were traveling with our dog so we were hoping for a spot on the patio. Since the patio wasn’t open they directed us to picnic tables down by the water. The view was lovely and the servers were super helpful. My problem was the food…everything was deep fried including my fish tacos. The home fries were perfect but can we please get away from deep frying EVERYTHING?! It would have been helpful to have a description of the food on the menu so that I could see that it was deep fried. That’s all.

We had a wonderful meal. Crab dip, and cod tacos. Followed up with a shortbread cookie in the shape of Newfoundland. The real treat was our waiter, Phillip. He was so funny, singing as he went back and forth to the kitchen.

The staff are friendly. The view is amazing. The inside is clean and light and is Oceanside without being tacky. My kids were welcome and there was a high chair and change table available. Food is great for a fair price. Not everything is deep fried.
