Review Tim Hortons - Trenton

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been. 0 customer service. It’s like they know we don’t have an option on the road for the next an hour or so as a truck driver. Now wonder why Starbucks is better! 🤦🏾‍♂️

The woman at the cash was great but the the experience quickly went downhill from there. We waited quite a while for our order then were informed that they didn't have the steak for my friends biscuit. At that point they gave him two measly pieces of bacon for a sandwich that costs more! Then I had ordered a sausage bagel belt and instead was given a bacon belt again paying more for something we didn't get! We double checked our receipt and that had the correct items just no follow through.

Waited 30 minutes and there were 3 cars ahead of me. You are lovked in with bollards so you can't turn back. A joke

Wait 15 minutes as my turn came they switch shift then ignore me for another 2 minutes to finally open another register and serve other people without taking care of me , not heaven a salutation, like I was invisible . Finally leave without been served ... wowwwwww worst service ever

This is first tim hortons I stopped and girl by name Jessica said we don't have decaffeinated coffee today I can't believe and she just wanted to serve other costumer if I Cn give 0 stars I would.

This location has disappointed us numerous times. We have stopped here after a span at least 30 months. Even today Wedges not available during lunch hour. If you wanted any toppings on your grilled cheese $0.90 cents (for a slice of tomato or a ring of an onion). How long would the wait for wedges to ready? - 25 minutes! In a quick serve restaurant! What are they thinking? I wish I knew. Time to pack lunches.

Worst tims ever. 35 minutes and got the orders wrong

I ask a simple question and get attitude. Workers seem miserable at these Enroute stop off. Maybe Enroute should pay more for better service.
