Review Pizza Pizza - Trenton

To owners, You guys need to show/teach your front staff lady how to behave and to keep her attitude in pocket. Been here alot of time but never got this bad treated/disrespectful. First of all making faces for order then show attitude, which eventually won't bring me back.

Just places an order to be delivered to for 12:30, it came 1 hour early and got charged 30 dollars for a large pizza with 2 toppings. Very angry, do not order from these pathetic con artists

I ordered Pizza Pizza my order was for pickup, I got a 2 topping Xtra large , 5 wings , 3 dips, 1 can on pop. I have had pizza there before that was really good but my latest experience was terrible. To start out The Safety seal was broken like snapped open when we realized it going into the apartment . While we were at pizza pizza we finished ordering and the lady went to make the pizza I went to ask for my drink and tried talking loudly the lady had music in her ear and couldn't hear me asking for my drink. The Pizza looked like it had a small slice missing from it and it looked like it was 3 different pizzas made into one pizza , it tasted a day old , when I put the pizza together it was basically missing a slice 1/20th the size of the pizza which would be consistent with what chuck cheese does with there pizza in the states , you could tell it was two different pizzas the crust was different Mind you I did get half cheese and half pepperoni and mushroom, so half the pizza had a ton more cheese that looked fresher , so I'm not sure if they are just putting left over pizza and reheating it that's certainly what I thought happened . I have had good experiences there but last night was like no other I've never been so disappointed, none the less I would still try them again they get another chance . The biggest problem for me would be the safety seal was broken when we noticed which was a big red flag.

We ordered pizza tonight. It’s over an hour late and I tried to call the store to see what’s going on with our dinner. After calling the number which we thought was the location number apparently it’s the toll free number for pizza pizza and they could not give us information about our order or the exact store phone number. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s ridiculous you take the money out of the account no problem but I can’t contact your business to find out why it’s taking ridiculously long for our order.. unprofessional service and they don’t seem to care at all! Sure take money out of the account but can’t explain to me what happened to our order. Unbelievable

terrible. when ordering delivery, everything is always room temperature at best and wedges taste like they’re batch cooked and reheated. ordered last night, and every single side item was barely 1/3 full. the so-called “large” wedges weren’t even enough to feed 2 small kids. we usually have half a box as leftovers, and this time we had no leftovers… and adults didn’t get any wedges at all. it was maybe half an order of SMALL wedges. again, onto of tasting like they were cooked over an hour before and microwaved before thrown into the box. customer service offered a credit of not even half the cost of the sides because of the temperature issue. regarding the items being practically empty, they simply said they’d send feedback to the store and that side items are “pre-determined sized”. terrible location, terrible customer service. we only order from here because dominos and 241 don’t deliver to our area.

Worst pizza we ever had. Order a Donair medium looked like a small, had almost no tomatoes or onions and meat was sparse. Not worth $25. Donair sauce tasted like icing.

Usually fast friendly service, online orders is my go to, there has been mess ups with delivery but they have always fixed it in a timely manner

Usually pizza pizza is below average, but lucky me, this store is superb
