Review Boston Pizza - Trenton

The food was really good! They have indoor and outdoor dining right now which is really nice, and they were definitely well staffed for a Friday. I placed my order in advance for 5pm so I could pick it up with my daughter, but they were around 10min late getting it out. Understandable for sure, but if you're ordering online for pickup don't feel like you need to be there exactly on time.

Daily lunch special pizza was good portion size and well priced. Waitress had a large group of us and did an outstanding job, very pleased with the service, her speed and awareness of our needs. Enjoyable experience.

Absolutely terrible food. Ribs were cold! Not luke warm but COLD! French fries were cold and starchy and the gluten free bun on the hamburger was rock hard and not edible. We should have gone to McDonald’s!!!! However, our server was fantastic. He was very attentive. Thanks but no thanks. Boston Pizza you need to be better!!!

We came for lunch on the patio, where we waited way too long for our drinks…and that was after waiting for them to even take our order. The waitress was very unprofessional, hollering about who she works with in a demeaning way across the patio with customers. She nearly hit 2 of us in the head with plates. After finally getting our food, the waitress never came back to check on us. She instead sat down at the table next to us and took a break before just leaving her shift and not telling us. We had to flag down another waiter who was more than helpful and super friendly. The food was mediocre at best, we will not be back.

Food selection was quite varied with lots of options. I enjoyed my burger! The server was friendly and the order was delivered in a timely manner even though the restaurant was very busy. I found the parking lot very restricted simply due to volume of patrons !

I honestly regret choosing this restaurant for dinner. I would definitely not recommend. The wings were nothing like the picture in the menu, they were more like something I would buy frozen at a grocery store. My wife’s food was OK, and The restaurant had very few patriots but the service was extremely extremely rushed. For an evening out that cost over $80, will definitely not be returning.

I wanted steak, preferably a tomahawk but They had No steak. so I went with ribs and mashed potato. Honey garlic ribs, and its like the honey was missed place because there was barely any honey on the ribs . The ribs comes with a garden salad, oh wait they didn't have any salad. So I took extra mashed potato. Honestly I wont eat there again. Ps mashed potatoes was good, that's the only thing I ate

Went to this location on Thursday May,27th. Was blown away with my server , Laura, she had options for drinks, and gave great food recommendations! Refilled drinks every 10 mins, and made sure we had all cutlery and condiments. I’ve been to many Boston pizzas all over Ontario, this one really prides its self On service and quality of food. My beer never got empty cause she made sure to refill it! Even on a busy night ! Thank you to the staff, and management for running a smooth operation. Will let my network know of their top notch service so they can stop by when they do trips from TORONTO TO MONTREAL. Thanks again for hospitality.
