Review Harvey's - Trenton

Food is good. Usually pretty clean. Service is very slow. During today's visit it was a mess. I've never seen anything as disorganized in my life. **UPDATE** So I was contacted by the store and I'm guessing by corporate as well. New thing for me from a review on here. Very apologetic and good to deal with. Was offered a discount on my next visit. Just made it back to use it (Several weeks later). It was not busy but much different. Seems like more staff were in place and jobs were dispersed better. Had no issues with the discount at all. Good service and food was still good. I have to admit that I was impressed by their efforts to improve.

Just went to Harvey's in Trenton. The parking lot was empty. 2 staff are sitting outside having a smoke. They obviously saw me get out of my car and go into the restaurant. I stand and wait at the counter. There is noone to be seen. After a few minutes of standing and waiting some guy from the back says, sorry I'll just see where everyone is. I told him not to bother as it must be a big hassle to actually look after customers. I thanked the smokers for their great customers service on the way out.

Delicious and fresh food! Way better than mcdonalds. I wish they had more on the menu though. More breakfast and burger options and unless you tell them what to put on it which doesn't show what can be put on it. ( needs a physical menu to take with you)

Angus cheeseburger--delicious meal. Love their chipotle sauce and their whole wheat buns👍👍👍 The lady who prepared our sandwiches was super nice and made us feel at home, which is heartwarming during this crazy Covid period. 🙏

time and date of order Sunday May 29th 2022 6:00pm It took over 15 mins to get my order even though I was the only one in line in the drive through, and didn't see anyone inside ordering. My food was cold by the time it got to me. the staff was unpleasant and my burger could have been put together better by a monkey. We usually get Harvey's twice or three times a month and this is the last draw because we have had unpleasant experiences here before. Will not be returning. will be telling friends and family who frequent. I don't recommend eating at this slow food restaurant.

Pretty disappointed. Just betore 9pm I went to get a milkshake. They say they close at 1030pm. They had already closed up that machine for the night. I'd understand if it were 15 min before close or something but... over an hour and a half before?

We came in today for supper. My husband and I. The place was empty and no workers to be seen. We waited for 10 minutes before the 2 older ladies noticed us. Then the lady that took our order was very rude and ignorant! Like, really? One of the reasons we stopped coming here in the first place. Then our food was cold! It's absolutely ridiculous.

yum! Harvey's is a favorite of ours, the food is always delicious and staff is extra friendly :)
